Dirty is an understatementIt's alive. It's alive! The room is alive! But let's categorize the problems.Unhygienic:- IT LIVES on the ceiling of the room window. A collection of flies.- Lipstick on the bathroom tiles- Waste in the heater- Silicone joints in the shower are probably already growing mold, they are very black.- The worst dirt underneath the sink- Glue on the bed full of dirtDirty:- Heater full of dust- Corner in the heater collects a lot of dirt- Door hinge mutated into a dust catcher- Cobwebs in the room- Large stain on the carpet- Wall by the window very dirty- Dirt on the drains in the bathroom- Window sill in the bathroom with very dark silicone joints- Heating in the bathroom dirty- Dirt behind the mirror not cleaned upCraftsmanship defects:- Shaky bed frame with loose fourth bed leg- Paint on various doors is off- Crumbling wall paint- Door hinge on the bathroom breaking outStaff did not issue a refund after the defects were complained about. Email to hotel chain regarding reimbursement of accommodation costs. Service is different... and no, I don't expect perfect rooms in a budget hotel. The craftsmanship defects, apart from the bed, are quite acceptable for this price range. If you still have some capacity for disgust left, I recommend a trip to the Ibis Cologne Center. Otherwise, this hotel is more of a destination for the local health department.

It's not the best Ibis I ever had and to be honest it's probably on the low side of all the Ibis hotels I ever slept in.It's very bare bones. In the room there's a bed a TV with 3 channels and bathroom that's on the just big enough that you're not going to start complaining about it.The bed is on the fairly hard side. But too be honest. Everything that's ok or below average is doable. What I can't except is that there is not water kettle in the the rooms as a seasoned traveller you can believe the amount of times a water kettle saved me.I mean it's a small thing and I don't expect anything fancy but still I like the option to make me a little tea or soup on the go.O and also 3 channels on the TV? Really?

Being able to hear the water pipes all night long. Soundproof walls, so don't think so... with the neighbor being able to enjoy the TV... terrible...

Nice staff.Clean.Room is quite small, enough to stay overnight.Parking spaces available but quite tight.Price performance is just right, could be a little cheaper for the equipment and size of the room.

The rooms are big enough, but the bathroom is tiny. If you sit down on the toilet you hit your head, in the shower you can barely reach your legs. The toilet flushing was defective and ran continuously.Shower head was broken so water sprayed out to the side. At least it was clean with us.

In the end, the ibises all have the same setting, essential and without added services. In this room they were decidedly small. However convenient to services
