What a shame for a hotel of this style. Nothing to say about the hotel but giving a disabled room with a very low door handle and a low bathroom where water was spreading on the tiles. I find that unacceptable. In addition, the breakfast at 13€ is worthy of a one-star hotel. No croissants or real bread. A type of sandwich bread. Ashamed. I will never go back there again.

As always, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are consistently incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, the parking lot behind the hotel is (still) free. We'll be back.

Luckily I haven't seen such a dirty hotel in a long time, really sad 😔.At least the bed linen was clean and washed, unfortunately everything else wasn't.Corners haven't been wiped or vacuumed for a long time.

I've been there several times a year for years. I reserve well in advance and express certain wishes regarding the location of the room when making the reservation. These have now once again not been taken into account. I don't understand why this is so difficult.Late check out makes no sense as the cleaning staff in the surrounding rooms make so much noise that you can no longer sleep.This time the bed linen also had an unpleasant smell of old sweat. The showers now have significant incrustations in every room, and the bathrooms smell of mold. Something has to be done here!

We have been using overnight stays in B+B Hotels for business trips for many years and have always been very satisfied. The rooms are modern and always clean. The breakfast is not a highlight, but completely sufficient and appealing. It doesn't have to be more than that. We'd love to come back :-)

It was an overall pleasant stay for two nights. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. And the very close station of the tram makes it a very good location. It's very easy to go to town.

The hotel is simple and unfortunately the room wasn't clean otherwise ok unfortunately right on the street so opening the window is rather difficult. But air conditioning is available. Fine for one night. The breakfast offers everything you need.

I booked for the first time in mid-April 24 for 3 nights in this relatively new hotel and was very satisfied.The condition of the hotel was exemplary. Everything was very clean. The double room was very compact, but at the same time very advantageously furnished - also with storage space - so that it was easy to get around. The ambience was modern and practical at the same time - without any unnecessary frills. This also applies to the bathroom with shower. The beds were comfortable. A practically light-tight curtain allowed for good blackout.Above the bed there was a large, stylized, modern image of the Neuss Cathedral of St. Quirin - a nice reference to the city of Neuss, on whose border with Düsseldorf the hotel is very conveniently located.Practically in front of the hotel is the stop for the U-75 subway, which connects the main train station in Neuss and the main train station in Düsseldorf every 10 minutes during the day. There is also a bus stop next to it.There is also a free parking lot at the hotel, but it doesn't have enough capacity.A special highlight is the extensive breakfast menu in a beautiful, spacious, modern and functionally furnished breakfast room.The service at breakfast and at reception was very friendly, very attentive and overall commendable in every respect.I will come back.

Was perfect for our needs. For a trade fair visit and city tour, we were able to stay overnight for a reasonable price. Bathroom was clean and new, the (family) room was also clean and sufficient. Air conditioning worked well. Parking spaces (from the hotel) are also available.The only minus: I think the price for breakfast is too high. Although I often had breakfast at BB and the offering (buffet) is quite good, at just under €13 per person. is too expensive for me. (x4 people is 50€!! per day!). That's why this time we didn't have breakfast and got coffee (+ rolls) opposite for less than half...

In general, I give my recommendation. It is very inconvenient that the beds in the single room are not in front of the TV, but to the side. So you have to contort yourself all evening. The fire door, which slammed shut in the hallway a few times at night, disturbed our sleep. This could be set a little quieter. It would be advisable to have signs for guests to warn them not to let the heavy door slam shut. The bathroom and also the room were large and had enough space. For a woman, there are a few storage options and unfortunately none in the bathroom. I wasn't able to have breakfast due to time constraints, but it would have been a bit too expensive for me. Otherwise I was very satisfied.
