The rooms are much too small. There is no sink in the room, a bathroom, or a small shower. The first night was very loud because there was a party in front of us that ended at 4 a.m. Since the reception is not staffed at night, I am over at 2 o'clock but unfortunately it didn't have any effect. The next day we were able to change rooms. There were a bunch of disgusting fruit flies on the breakfast buffet. This morning we had the cold eggs that were still in the basket last night. Bed covers totally broken. I will never book this hotel again. Staff at reception 5 stars, very nice young man

Breakfast is OK, rooms are too small. It's somehow too close to a highway. There are enough parking spaces available. Since there is no elevator, it is difficult for wheelchair users to access the upper floors.

The stay itself was okay: good breakfast, quiet hotel, but the check-in was a nightmare. After a long trip with a 6-year-old, we were greeted by a closed front door at 16:30, no receptionist, and an electronic screen for check-in that refused to accept my surname and reservation number (which we'd booked weeks before). The handwritten “emergency numbers” on the door were not answered. The official website only displayed a standard message like “outside working hours no one is available; please wait until Monday.” After half an hour of desperate calls to the “emergency numbers” and hearing my daughter cry, we headed back to our car to find another hotel.Suddenly, I received a call back and the person provided us with another reservation number and a room number. Miraculously, someone appeared at the reception as well. We thought our nightmare was over until we stepped into the reserved room, which was not clean: the bin was full of garbage, the sheets were messy, etc. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Back at the reception, the receptionist apologized and offered another room, which we took, only to realize that the bed for our child had no pillow, blanket, or sheets! At this point, I was speechless. After long talks with the hotel manager, we managed to get a pillow and blanket from another room. It’s definitely not a place we’ll be returning to.

Everything was to my satisfaction after the change of ownership. As long as it stays that way, I'll always be happy.

The hotel is simple and only equipped with the bare essentials. The young man on the day of arrival was very friendly.Unfortunately we were shocked when we saw the room. There was a large urine stain on the bed. There was a lot of dust in the corners, on the heater and on the bed.Of course we expressed our criticism and our displeasure and were given a new room. However, we also found a lot of dust and dirt there. The strong smell of sewage was particularly disturbing. We slept maybe four hours. The next day I wanted to clarify the situation, but unfortunately there was little response to the criticism and I had the impression that those responsible didn't care. A refund for the outstanding night was immediately excluded.
