The price-performance ratio is great: the rooms were fine, the lady at the reception was friendly, the breakfast was completely sufficient. You can get there for €35 per person. P. really can't complain for one night. The hotel is also very centrally located.

The breakfast, a disaster, is here until 11 a.m., but I have never had such a bad breakfast in any hotel. O juice very warm, toaster doesn't bring any heat to the bread, the rolls are an absolute disgrace. No service. It really shook me. Otherwise everything was ok but only 1 star because of the breakfast. Nothing was right here.

It's colder in the room than outside. Mid-October has passed and they are still not playing. The bathroom in the room looked like a plastic cabin. No parking available.

Unfortunately I don't recommend this hotel. The room I was given was in an unclean condition and when the staff asked me to come to meet me, I was told in a disrespectful tone that it was not the hotel's job. The location of the hotel is okay but unfortunately that's the only thing that's good. The parking options are very bad. Guests are told to park in various locations where parking is prohibited. Warning: Danger of towing. According to reception, the hotel is too crowded for the parking spaces the hotel offers.

Great location. Friendly staff. My room faces the intersection and is therefore loud. Rooms old-fashioned, dark, in need of renovation and partly dingy. There are much better B&Bs there.

Extremely disappointing - my wife will not be reimbursedI am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. After canceling her booking, she was repeatedly assured that the refund would be issued in a timely manner. But despite several inquiries and clear promises that the money would be transferred "immediately", we have now been waiting for the refund for more than three weeks.It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing how unprofessionally customers are treated here. It shouldn't be the case that you are being held back like this even though the hotel has clearly promised repayment. On behalf of my wife, I once again urgently demand that the money be transferred immediately!We will not recommend this hotel under any circumstances and advise everyone not to book here!

I paid for the room, saw that it was in an unsanitary condition (as did other guests, by the way) and canceled it. The reception staff were unfriendly and incompetent. To date I have not received a refund and have not received any response to my renewed request!Addendum after more than a week:I still haven't gotten my money back. It's supposed to arrive next week.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the town center and just across one of the suspension train stations. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, bath was small but functional. Towels were changed and beds were made every day. The room was located over the street and both, Friday and Saturday nights, there was lots of noise coming from outside. The breakfast was ok, with different options but no available hot water for tea. It ran for a bit longer than expected but was paid additionally which we did not expect! We were actually told our room wasn’t on the list after we had already served ourselves so there was practically no option we could’ve said “no” and left. Service at the front desk was nice but extremely slow as the poor lady was running in between front desk, phone calls and rooms upstairs to accommodate guests’ requests. It took us more than 30 minutes before we got checked-in and a long queue formed. However, the lady was very polite and apologetic. I’d assume the hotel welcomes pets as I saw at least two different people coming in and out with their dogs. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Good day,We were in the hotel from Sunday to Sunday and have mixed feelings. We were greeted on Sunday evening last week after a very tiring train journey with "please be there before 10 p.m., I want to get off work on time." After it probably took a little too much time to rewrite the invoice, we left it and paid. Since we have to spend the night in Wuppertal from time to time for work, we only had breakfast on Sundays, paid €2.30 for a coffee every morning and were almost rudely told to pay for it every day, even though we always did so straight away. When people regularly asked for the room number, I just felt uncomfortable. From then on, the snack machine is empty and eats the money without getting it back. We found a fingernail in the bed and although the location is great, we are reconsidering sleeping there.The older gentleman and the young girl at the reception were super nice, the beds and the bathroom were ok.The price would have been okay if the service had been a little different.

Price-performance ratio is ok. Finding free parking spaces is a challenge, the hotel charges €15/night. The entrance area and reception are invitingly designed.We are irritated by the fact that the cost of a dog on Booking is stated as €10, but is actually charged €12 per night.

Good day,The hotel itself is fine.The lobby downstairs near reception is very air conditioned and clean.Room:Had a double room for 70 euros with breakfast.Room wasn't clean. Apparently the vacuum cleaner was forgotten there. Lots of dust and dirt in the corners.There were leftover fingernails under the bed, etc. Which is disgusting.The night was bad because there was no working air conditioning. My work colleague in the other room had exactly the same thing. Just lukewarm air instead of some coolness. Accordingly, the room was also very warm. And a catastrophe given the temperatures.Bathroom was clean.Once again, as is apparently normal for a B&B hotel, only 2 layers of toilet paper.My saying: Anyone who doesn't honor my bottom isn't worth the euro.Breakfast:Clean and good selection.Tastes great.Parking spot:Very low availability. Costs another 15 euros extra per day.Conclusion: It's better to pay a few euros more for a smarter hotel. The air conditioning thing was the worst part, along with fingernails on the floor.Best regards :)

NEVER AGAIN!I have no idea when the room was last properly cleaned.All corners and under the bed extremely dusty! Here, over a very long period of time, there was only a lot of vacuuming or not at all.Also a used chewing gum under the bed!Long hair in the shower!A curtain dirty with red stains. Ketchup? So VERY disgusting!And you pay 86 euros per night for something like that.Even one star is still too many!Never this hotel again! Never again B&B?

Breakfast is tw. underground and varies from day to day. Sometimes there is glazed fruit, sometimes not. Sometimes there are 2 types of rolls, sometimes not (this week the rolls were FAR DRY!!! Shame on you to offer that to people! Cheap cold cuts from the discount store, 7 different types of colorful hummus, no one eats the garbage anyway - it just looks good at the buffet: -/ Please pay more attention to the quality of the goods than to the hip appearance. Also: the boiled eggs are terrible: dry, pale - the main thing is that they are cheap, right? also very unmotivated (the entire breakfast was only 'completely' finished after 6:40 a.m.).And then the nonsense with the room cards: they exist, but they only work for the main entrance - the room has to be opened with the code every time. The map is relatively useless if you're not wandering around the city at night...
