Prizes are strongly attracted at major events. Double room with breakfast for 2 nights for almost €400 is not acceptable for a Mercure. Especially considering that even refreshing the bed and laying new blankets has to be registered or is not done. The rooms are clean, the location is about a 15-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and right next to the town hall.I can confirm other reviews about the facility and the service.

Sufficient for business trips. Good breakfast. Half of the equipment in the fitness room is broken.

Bed was a bit small this time but everything was clean. Room cleaning must be registered at reception, you always come up with new ideas^^.Staff in all areas were very nice and friendly. Breakfast has a very good selection, very good! The price on an event weekend is very limited, and if it increases further we will probably move away. On a normal weekend the price is ok.

You can't complain about room service and all that goes with it. But the pricing policy that is being used is not working at all. The prices are fair all year round. Even if there are trade fairs, Oktoberfest etc. coming up. Then June comes and the prices are almost double the previous price... That will probably be the last time I stayed there during the LAN. Price comparison weekend week 43 €320 for two nights, weeks 42 and 44 €189 (week 44 is the tattoo fair).

An outdated hotel in which the price/performance ratio is absolutely not right.Outdated, run-down room furnishings (I'm writing in the majority because we had to vacate the first room because the room lock didn't work), small unkempt bathrooms with mold and cobwebs in the room.I could list more, but save myself time. The reception service can be described as good, as does the lady in the breakfast room.Unfortunately no recommendation. We stayed in this hotel for the first and last time.

Well located hotel for motorway travelers. The staff was friendly, but we were promised two single beds at the counter and we were given another double bed. These could be pushed apart with a little effort. What was annoying was that neither the hotel's own WiFi worked nor a good network connection. The rooms were clean except for the carpet, although a bit old. What was particularly lacking were the small services: the batteries in the remote control were empty, as was the tea station in the room. The trash can in the bathroom was old and broken, as was the hairdryer. The furnishings were wildly thrown together and didn't create an inviting picture. The lobby, on the other hand, seems new and is very inviting. We did not test the sauna or sports room.
