Normally you have a standard at Accor. But here he failed. My bed was more of a wooden bunk and was probably completely worn out. The night was accordingly.The shower directly in the room is a matter of taste.

Cheap hotel in a very good locationThe room was rather small, but the bed was good. Breakfast was really okay for the price.Unfortunately there were different events taking place at the same time, so there wasn't enough parking space. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. Absolutely price-performance ratio!

A small hotel with a good location close to Chempark, the train station and the forum. The rooms are small, a bit outdated and, like all hotels in the Ibis Budget series, do not have a bathroom, but a shower directly in the room. It serves its purpose for 1-2 nights, but not for more than that.

Very cheap hotel for one night. The three of us were able to stay overnight without any problems. The free small parking space in front and the larger one in the yard are very practical. The reception is only staffed temporarily, so we were able to check in relatively quickly using our previous online booking at the machine. There are no keys, just a room code from the machine or reception.The rooms are, as expected, small and simple. There is a small separate toilet and also a shower in the room, which takes some getting used to and is separated as a plastic cubicle with a glass door. The shower gel in the shower has a good scent and is positive. Soap for the sink in the room is also available.What was surprising for the low price was the perfectly functioning air conditioning in the room, which you could operate yourself. A small table and a television opposite the bed are also available.We had a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet. The hot drinks machine was pleasant when we returned in the rain. Unfortunately the machine for cold drinks and sweets was broken.A breakfast was also offered, which we didn't try.The location is fine, just a few minutes walk to Leverkusen-Mitte train station with frequent, regular connections to Cologne and Düsseldorf. Otherwise the area has nothing to offer for tourists. Perfect for us for an overnight stay after a trade fair in Cologne. We would definitely book the hotel again for a short stay. We cannot understand some of the bad reviews. For this price you get a clean and functioning room without any major demands.

After arriving at the hotel, despite having made a reservation via Booking.com, no room code could be issued. An IT change is to blame. The alternative offered (manual unlocking of the room by an on-site employee) was unfortunately not acceptable as it was only possible until 10 p.m. So I was left without a room and had to spontaneously book a different, significantly more expensive hotel on site. Despite assurances at reception that the difference would be covered, I have not received any money yet. Unfortunately, there is no longer any communication with the hotel management and I no longer receive any answers, including my emails.Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel.

Small but nice. No real bathroom, just the toilet was in a 1 m² room. The sink was in the bedroom. The shower smelled a bit unpleasant (but still very hygienic) and unfortunately there was no hairdryer.The breakfast, which you can book, was very fresh and there is something for everyone.I would go there again because the price-performance ratio is right. Completely sufficient for sleeping.

The hotel is centrally located and the room was completely sufficient for our needs. Check-in was a disaster. When we asked, we were told that automatic check-in was not possible from 3 p.m. and that you could only check in from 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. there was a huge queue in front of the hotel and the poor waitress was alone and completely overwhelmed. After an hour of waiting on the street, checking in became a gamble. Some guests were advised to leave their valuables in the car and put their luggage in the room that was not yet available. Some didn't get a room at all and we were given an access code with the addition "Try it, maybe it will work."
