You can have a great stay here, but the WiFi was very bad and there was no support for any reason and I couldn't surf well but had a long loading time. Nevertheless, the room was nice and comfortable, but in the junior suite I booked one bedroom was very small and there were no windows, which didn't satisfy me. Unfortunately there was also no air conditioning. Nevertheless, the service was also first class. Now the question: Would I recommend the hotel? yes definitely it has everything you need and the beds really convinced me I could fall asleep within 5 minutes.

Reasonable clean room, comfortable beds, acceptable breakfast, cheap hotel bar if you ever come to order, but disastrous windows! I had a room facing the courtyard, and despite the window being closed, you could hear a constant humming all night long, possibly from a cooling unit or a ventilation system. From 5:30 a.m. onwards there were construction workers and truck drivers screaming across the yard. There are hotels right at the airport, but I didn't hear anything at them with the windows closed. Here it feels like the window is open/not there. Supposedly known problem and this page will be given last. Doesn't help me when I want to sleep though! I won't come back here!

We had a great stay and the service was great. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite warm when the outside temperature was over 30 degrees due to the lack of air conditioning. But that's whining at a high level. All in all it was nice.

The hotel is located directly at a shopping center (Kaufland), a few 100 m from the pedestrian zone. The room we booked was on the 2nd floor, on the side facing away from the shopping center. However, directly below the room was the main entrance, in front of which the smokers gathered to smoke and the smoke wafted into the room up to the second floor. An insensitivity of the hotel management, as a non-smoker you have to go through a line of smokers when you want to leave the hotel. Even the staff was there smoking loudly every 20 minutes.The bicycle storage was extremely poor. You had to somehow park the bike between chairs in a seminar room. The socket for charging the battery turned out to be dead the next morning, so we had to continue driving with the batteries not charged. The staff was probably poorly informed about their own circumstances.The breakfast room was dark and the breakfast was "sufficient".

I travel for work every week and I had the worst service ever in this hotel. My only way in was through a college who was sleeping at the hotel (and had to share the room with).Hotel claimed to have sent a code to my email that I should have received to go in (which I never did). I guess I paid for a scape room instead of for a hotel (they charged me). But the worst part is that you have no access to anyone after hours, no phones, no one available, lights shut down.This hotel is a big risk, as, if you are out of the hotel after 23.00 you can't go back again, as codes not working neither emergency phones. On top, no personnel. I experienced that when my colleague opened for me and we had to help another guest who went out and was locked outside.My question to the hotel is, what happens in case of emergency or problems? What if a guest is locked outside, should call the police?Poor service, dangerous emergency policies, unfriendly attention at breakfast, parking closed, really bad amenities, noisy, no air conditioning,.... List is endless.

An overly expensive hotel with a very good breakfast, very good beds and very bad bathroom. Broken shower, broken tiles, broken door, mold growth. To shower you have to crawl into a tub. Parking space 10 euros. 2 bottles of beer 10 euros. Minibar empty. Elevator broken.The breakfast room was only occupied by a nice lady who felt very sorry for us.An indictment for 170 euros per night.

Had a company meeting there from Monday to Friday. The hotel itself is okay - the rooms are also okay. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the staff was little or not helpful at all. The lunch for the conference was so bad and some of the drinks that were served there had already expired in 2023. Overall, unfortunately not recommended
