I'll start with the positive. The beds were good, the coffee was good and there were external shutters, the staff and communication were also good. The rooms are very noisy (you can hear every word from the neighboring room), the hotel is on the main street and you can also hear the aircraft noise. The breakfast wasn't that good for me (rolls weren't baked enough, eggs were hard-boiled and cold, the sausage wasn't as good anymore, etc.) but that's a matter of taste. Conclusion: quite okay for one night, but nothing more.

Getting old and partly outdated... uncomplicated to process. The cheapest price ignores details...

Room was clean and everything was fine. The main entrance works via a code, which you should remember and is in the booking confirmation. It's not recommended to sleep with the window open, there's a main road that runs past the house, so it's noisy.Unfortunately, the service is not very unfriendly (they probably don't rely on guests). Because there is no reception and therefore no contact person on site, nothing can be clarified, and nothing can be clarified afterwards - all inquiries are rejected... "the software is GDPR". It's new to me that these sections prevent an invoice from being changed.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel as a business trip hotel.

We booked one night (2 rooms) there on our way to France. The check-in went smoothly at first, then an older lady came who didn't welcome us very friendly. We booked with a dog. She then said we had to give her 10 euros in cash directly for the dog and he was only allowed in one room.No receipt nothing. The rooms were clean, there was nothing to complain about and it was nice and quiet. We didn't book breakfast because we left beforehand.

I spent the night in room 2, the bed creaked enormously with every movement, which woke me up every time. The curtains are way too narrow so everyone can see inside. The worst was the shower! There is a small shower tray and the shower curtain hangs over the entire width of the bathroom, so all the water sprays over the tray and runs under the door into your room. I was very dissatisfied with my stay, of course I don't know if This is also the case with the other room, but be prepared if you get room 2

The building is getting old. Too noisy. Since the price per night is rather cheap, I have three stars against it.

The room was very large, but the bathroom was very small and outdated. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient. But overall you could feel comfortable

Today (May 22, 2024) we went to this hotel to take our room that my partner booked the day before. When we arrived we were refused entry by a member of staff - I have no idea for what reason - on the grounds that payment had not been made. My partner showed both her booking confirmation and bank statement and the staff member called the owner but in the end we were still refused entry. All of this was done in a very unfriendly and rude manner, which in itself is unacceptable. We had been traveling for several days and my partner was very tired and had back pain for days, so we were really looking forward to some comfort. Instead, I had to find other accommodation, drive to Bonn and pay for expensive parking. We are extremely disappointed and insulted! At the moment I can't say or decide whether this was a one-off and unfortunate incident or something else, but at this point it smells like a rip-off.

We booked there for one night, it was also paid and debited from the hotel. Then the lady showed me a receipt that the debit apparently didn't work even though it was paid in full. The lady wanted to let me know that she didn't know either. I showed her that She was debited, she spoke to the boss, something like that was customer-unfriendly, I've rarely seen it. He should use a different tone towards the customers. We're definitely not going to set foot in this hotel again. This hotel screams like a rip-off. It's questionable whether we'll see the money again
