Checking in on Sunday at the machine was possible without any problems and was done very quickly. The motel is ideally located on the A44 next to a KFC truck stop and McDonalds next door as well as an EWE GO charging station right next door. As well as several Aral Pulse columns at Aral/KFC. It doesn't get any better. If you need it, there is also an arcade in the neighborhood.

The hotel is suitable for one night in transit, but not for a longer stay or for relaxation.The self check-in works perfectly.Our room was on the 2nd floor.The door from the stairwell into the hallway opens outwards and since the banister is in the way and the distance to the steps is very small, you have to be careful not to fall backwards if you want to go through the door with luggage.The room is satisfactory and clean, although the previous guest must have had a dog with them because the smell immediately triggered my allergies.It was also very disturbing that in the evening (it was Saturday) there was not only noise coming from people in the McDonald's parking lot next door for hours, but also the smell of cigarettes from people who were probably smoking in the room came through the bathroom ventilation.As I said, it's enough for a few hours of sleep in transit when you're dead tired, but not for more.

I was very impressed with how new and clean the bathroom is. The staff is also friendly. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast here. There are alternatives nearby. In my opinion, the Motel 44 is very suitable for overnight stays.

Good location. There is a car park next to it, you can park a truck and there is also a KFC McDonald's. For active people, I recommend walks to the nearby park next to an old open-pit mine. About 4km. The rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom clean. It's a pity that there is no buffet with food, there are two vending machines for coffee and sweets, but you have to have cash to buy something, you can't buy it with a card.

Good accommodation to stay overnight on the way through. The room is tidy and comfortable. The bed is very soft and the bathroom is also super clean and in order. I'd love to come back

Amazing motel, just next to the highway. It has a machine for self-check - very useful in the middle of the night! The room was clean, with spacial bathroom. In the morning, you can grab breakfast in the nearby McDonalds. Parking is big - no problem. Overall, we are very happy about Motel 44 - gret accommodation at friendly price!

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, the room looked newly renovated, nicely furnished, clean. There are vending machines for drinks, coffee, and food on the ground floor. Nearby is KFC - open from Monday to Saturday (12:00-22:00) and Mc Donald open from morning. The lady at the reception was pleasant. We could check in at half past eight.

After more than a year, I once again needed an overnight stay, and I remembered the pleasant stay at Motel 44.To sum it up: nothing had changed.Booked easily and quickly, very clean room with an attractive atmosphere, reasonable price and very quiet despite being close to the motorway and adjacent to a large gas station and two fast food restaurants.Great for a one or two night stopover. The only downside: if you have to carry a lot of luggage to your room and/or have walking difficulties, you will miss an elevator to the second floor.

Nice accommodation close to the highway, nice clean rooms, great bathroom, nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, but there are vending machines for drinks, soup and some snacks on the ground floor. Parking is also available for trucks next door in the parking lot not far from the hotel
