The room was attractive, but had small defects. When I opened the window, it almost came towards me. I left it locked for the rest of my stay. Someone should look at this. The safe was damaged, but could be locked. The room is very noisy, it was very loud in the hallway at night (the young guests were very inconsiderate), so I woke up several times. Maybe they should think about new insulation on the doors. The bathroom was okay, the tub didn't bother me. For this reason I decided on the 8 points for the condition of the room. Otherwise I felt very comfortable in the Leonardo. Drinks such as water, coffee and tea are available free of charge in the room and in the lobby. I didn't miss anything. The hotel is close to the motorway and public transport, which takes you quickly to the city center. Would book there again. Provided there is a good price offer. 😉

A hotel that has shown its age, but is still highly recommended. The reception staff - you should be proud to have such young and professional people in your company. We were welcomed and said goodbye very nicely and carefully. Helpful and friendly.The only problem was that I booked 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival discovered that the room was much cheaper...Unfortunately I couldn't cancel it (even though there was still time) and had to pay the expensive price.

For me, for 1 night, because of the trade fair setup, completely fine.Unfortunately, parking costs extra, but it is locked behind the house.Breakfast has everything you need.

I had already been to this hotel and the truth is that it was not bad, but now it leaves a lot to be desired, they forget to make up the room, the doors are misconfigured every day, a disaster

It was a wonderful experience, excellent service and friendly staff. The morning coffee is complete and delicious. And the bar is super nice. But be prepared for Sundays, as everything is closed in the city, including the hotel bar.

Per:- free WiFi that actually works- comfortable beds- nice staff- Free feminine hygiene products at the information desk- S-Bahn within a 10-minute walk, which takes you anywhere you need to go in Cologne- Disturbing noises such as traffic from the street cannot be heard-Sauna and swimming pool included at no additional costCon:- The rooms are certainly not soundproof. And as soon as you can overhear the bedroom adventures of your neighbors, it goes too far.- The cleaning staff tends to forget to refill or vacuum several items- You should register at the information office for the pool and sauna area, but during our visit my partner and I were surprised by fully clothed hotel visitors who just wanted to take a look at everything and then took pictures of the facility. Privacy is zero! Locks with chip readers are needed!

Was in room 622. The elevator (which was right next door) was unfortunately so loud (very loud bass of the elevator), which made it virtually impossible to sleep through or even fall asleep. After 1 hour I had to call reception and was told that unfortunately this was the elevator and there was nothing that could be done. In a 4-star hotel, you actually expect that building acoustic measures are taken into account and implemented in such cases, since you primarily have to sleep in the hotel, which is simply not possible in the current situation. But the employees were all nice, which is why two stars!

An outdated hotel, the rooms are no longer completely up to date and are closed in places, but you can live with that, nice view towards the cathedral on the west side, a relatively useless bus stop is in front of the house, the more effective light rail stop directly to the city center about 400m away, staff is very nice, all in all acceptable even if the rooms urgently needed to be renovated, the breakfast room was equipped with new armchairs at the beginning of October 2024.

breakfast was ok but boring the same stuff every day, The staff at reception were brilliant and in the foyer you had a popcorn machine and sweets which was a nice touch. It was nice to have a swimming pool and the sauna you had to tell the staff to turn it on an hour before wanting to use.My room being cleaned when I asked for it and being done properly when I complained about it. The coffee was never replaced or the bottle of water which cost me 10 Euros form the bar. The steam room never worked for the week we were there and the air con was rubbish and so noisy.

Very good hotel near Cologne Messe/Deutz. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by train, and a stop (Köln Buchforst) can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The staff is courteous and friendly. There is a candy bar and free coffee in the lobby. The rooms are well equipped, hairdryer, coffee maker and kettle are available.The pool and sauna are clean and open until late every day.Highly recommended for the amount paid!

Not exactly cheap in terms of price.The location was good for my purpose, there is a Rewe right next door. Despite the nearby highway and airport, I slept very well.Parking available and even a pool and sauna in the basement.As in all Leonardo Hotels, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was very tasty, the waiter was super attentive - exemplary. Overall a very pleasant stay.
