Dirty: the floor on the stairs and in front of the reception 2 days with rubbish, in the room the remote control in the dirt, so what can I assume about the rest? the holder in the bathroom for tissues is empty... Abandoned parking lot without lighting and dirty and yet you pay! Workers without appetite, indifferent! Better elsewhere!

The hotel was easy to reach by car. The parking space cost €22 per night. The room was comfortable, newly furnished and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and always friendly. Despite a larger group of buses, the buffet was plentiful and impeccable. I have never had a bad experience with the Mercure hotel chain, keep it up!I'd love to come back.

I visited the hotel for 2 nights as part of a seminar. The reception at the reception was friendly and uncomplicated. Likewise the checkout. There are sufficient parking spaces available for a fee.The rooms are spacious, clean and attractively furnished. However, there is no real closet, just a clothes rail. The rooms as well as the bathroom are poorly lit. My room (No. 402) was directly opposite the elevator, which was particularly annoying from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.The dishes were always nicely prepared and tasted good. The selection was also good, even if I sometimes found the combination inappropriate (venison Bolognese, but no pasta?). The kitchen staff were always very friendly. The service staff only partially. I didn't think the restaurant itself was particularly well laid out. In particular, the area for the candelight dinner, right at the entrance, only shielded from the other guests by a screen. Overall it was very loud and had a train station atmosphere. The seminar room was well equipped and served its purpose. The location of the hotel is great for accessibility. The journey to the city center is approx. 25 minutes. However, the hotel is not in the best corner. I wouldn't have gone out alone in the dark. It appears to be a social hot spot. The hotel has an outdoor pool. It was laid out quite nicely, but of course not in operation in October. There is also the option of using the gym. of the hotel for a contribution. However, due to the short stay in the hotel and a nice supporting program, I didn't take advantage of the opportunity.

The mattress in the seemingly renovated room was very hard. The room was far too small and very dusty. …

A very nice, well-run hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The staff is always very attentive and is always available to give advice and support. Everything is just great here. I can only recommend it to everyone.

The building looks very old from the outside. The rooms have been renovated, but more could have been done with them. When you shower, half the bathroom is under water. The mattresses are hard as a board. The rooms are very small.Just enough for 1-2 nights. Compared to other 4* hotels (e.g. HolidayInn) this is rather below average.
