Very neat inn. Really good cuisine and perfect service. We were very happy to have found this excellent accommodation after 30 kilometers in the scorching sun on the Eggeweg, where we also received excellent food. Exactly what you want as a tired hiker: a shower, a real bed, something hearty to eat and a hearty breakfast the next morning. Many many thanks!

A country inn that is original.Here it was decided to leave the mill as it was. That's why some people talk about it being "dusty". It's a matter of taste.We ate here. Because of the current situation (Corona), there was a small map. But the food was freshly cooked and tasted very good.

To be fair, the owner was friendly enough and provided all that is needed, but other than that, it's not really comfortable to stay there. I stayed two nights and that was more than enough. I will not go there again should I be around but look for alternatives. Prices were low enough, but quality is equally low. Overall I was happy I got a room spontaneously, but I was also very happy to leave again.

Old-fashioned, rather musty furnishings. Small card. But! Service good and the food: great! Amuse Gueule, fine intermediate course, main course with vegetable side dish and selection of various filling side dishes. Wines ordered without a menu: Very good! Unfortunately I didn't try dessert. I add the country inn to my favorite!

The landlord was a bit reserved at first, but later tried very hard to fulfill all wishes. 5 points for that.However, I was probably the first guest in a long time and the room had not been cleaned again before my arrival.The bathroom was full of cobwebs and live spiders. If I wasn't 173 small, I would have had to shower with my head in the cobwebs.There were 6 empty beer bottles in the closet, obviously from the last guest.I don't expect 5 stars in a country inn, but there should be a minimum level of cleanliness.Unfortunately, this really spoiled the overall impression, hence only 2 stars.
