Positive 🟢: we spontaneously needed a room in Bielefeld - because of the trade fair, almost everything affordable was fully booked and we spontaneously got accommodation here and were able to arrive late in the evening. That wasn't a problem. Location was also good, bed seemed clean.Negative 🔴: Basically everything else. I would like to write something positive but it was just a very unpleasant night. While we were waiting for someone to open the house for us, a fitter came towards us, drunk and topless.The sanitary situation is an absolute disaster and we avoided the bathrooms. (The bathroom was completely under water, the toilets weren't flushed, the trash can was overflowing with used wet wipes from the toilet - of course the "residents" are responsible for this, but I doubt whether a deep clean ever took place there.)I can't say anything about the kitchen, to be honest I didn't dare look inside because I was afraid of what to expect.We had a double room, it is also doubtful whether this had ever been wiped, there were a few strange stains on the floor.There are a lot of spiders as roommates and the fridge looks like it's from bulky waste... I don't know if it works.Price was €70 for two people, which is okay but I think I would have slept better in the car.

Very unclean, especially the sanitary rooms, bed linen smelled unpleasant* and there were a lot of foreign fitters who were very loud. We didn't feel comfortable, we wouldn't recommend it again***

However, the quality of the apartment and the rooms never met our expectations.The entire house had a very musty smell. The cleanliness was not there at all. The floors have stuck. The bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned properly for weeks. The bathtub was dirty (drain and shower curtain). The toilet flush was almost ineffective. The cistern had a crack. There were also stains on the walls, ceilings and floors throughout the apartment. The wallpaper in the room has partially come off.One mattress was extremely saggy. The one duvet and pillow smelled extremely musty, as if it had been wet several times and had been used for over 30 years. I can also imagine that bed bugs feel very comfortable here. The bed sheet had holes and stains. There was no chair or table to put something down in the room. The kitchen and bathroom did not in any way correspond to the pictures on the internet. We smoked on the balcony directly in front of our room and had the opportunity to do so with the cigarette bucket.Parking facilities were not available.In contrast to the prices on the homepage, the price was spontaneously increased to €65 from €60 per double room.The price was extremely too high for this quality.

Easily accessible from the motorway. You are greeted by friendly service and given your room straight away. Everything was clean and more than good for a guesthouse.
