Visited this small town before racing on the bilsterberg track. Burger was pretty good, maybe a 6 out of a 10. A little pricey,(€19) service was great.

Nice old restaurant with cloth napkins and delicious food. Very nice service and good quality food. We had a nice burger and a delicious Cordon Bleu😋. Tegernsee beer 🍻 was nicely chilled 👍 the only drawback was the raging children of some of the guests 🫢we would love to come back 👋

I can't say anything about the rooms. We were at the restaurant for dinner. In addition to the super-nice service, there was also really delicious food! It was a really great lunch. I can only recommend it to everyone and we will definitely go back!

Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food and then it was completely cold. After a new plate was brought, it was warm and it didn't taste particularly good. Very salty and overly seasoned. We didn't even eat. There wasn't even a drinks menu, you had to guess what was available.Generally the service was very poor. Bring it there to eat once and then it's like it's been swallowed up by the face of the earth. There was also no changing area; we were offered to change the baby on the couch in the cold entrance area.

At the restaurant, more shadows than light. I can't say anything about the hotel operation. The furnishings, especially in the back room, have 80s/90s charm and are just not nice. The ambience in parts of the beer garden and at the front is better. The service seemed overwhelmed at times. The reaction to criticism is very inconfident. I also like it when the service staff is recognizable as such and uniformly wears a blouse/shirt, discreet dark trousers and, if necessary, an apron. Last time a lady in a fuzzy sweater served us.I would like to highlight two points from several visits regarding the food. When four people visited, two meals were ok, but not really good. One pasta dish was overcooked, carelessly prepared and poorly seasoned. The pork tenderloin for the fourth dish was sour and inedible. Everyone tried it, it really wasn't edible. The complaint was responded to very moodily, but a new one was finally brought. If meat tastes like this, the entire piece of fillet is probably spoiled. And surprise, on the next plate the pork tenderloin was just as sour and inedible. That's not surprising if you continue to use the same fillet. Another time the pumpkin soups came in tiny family celebration soup bowls with two handles. These stood on mismatched saucers and therefore wobbled around. The whole thing tasted ok, but was carelessly prepared. For the price I get twice the amount of soup in the brown Hirschen or somewhere else and it's more lovingly prepared. The factual and friendly suggestion that the price-performance ratio wasn't right was again responded to in an incompetent and insulted manner. As a guest at celebrations with a buffet, we were already quite satisfied, but unfortunately things didn't go so well several times when we visited individually in small groups.Since the selection in Driburg isn't that big and there is the good light beer from Tegernsse, we will try it again in spring and summer and then hopefully we will have a reason to revise the rating upwards.

Better not to wait a long time for drinks. Very unfriendly. .And some very unpleasant things that I'd better not describe. I don't want to harm anyone. However, they lost some well-paying regular guests yesterday
