Hotel Salzufler Hof is showing its agecome hotel.Rooms functionally furnished. What was annoying was that the sink was in the room right next to the balcony door and not in the bathroom. This was equipped with a toilet and shower. If you don't have great demands, it's enough to stay overnight. In the room there was also a minibar (not filled) and the heat instead of cooling. There was also a very musty smell coming from the closet. TV reception leaves a lot to be desired, as does WiFi. There was a flat screen with a number of programs, but apart from a small selection you couldn't receive them. You were given a password for WiFi, but it couldn't be programmed.There was no contact person to answer questions. Breakfast was okay. They were served as a buffet.

I had booked one night from Sunday to Monday and was at the hotel around 5 p.m. on Sunday. The front door was locked and there was a telephone number posted to call. I tried calling this phone number for about 15 minutes without success. There was a side door open on the side of the hotel, through which I went past the cellar and into the hallway. There was no one to be seen here either. There were cleaning supplies around the area and the whole scene seemed uninviting. I called loudly several times but got no answer. Even calling the phone number again was unsuccessful. Extremely frustrated, I booked another hotel at short notice. At the Hotel FRIENDS I was greeted happily, politely and courteously.Apparently there is no need to receive guests at the Salzufler Hof. One star is 4 stars too many. Very bad and never again!

Even one star is still too many.Room dirty. Bedding has probably been on there for months.I was really annoyed and I'm tough.Breakfast was at least great.

I find it very cozy here and it has a family atmosphere.The employees are extremely nice, friendly and competent as well as helpful.I'd love to come back.

Cheap overnight stay in Bad Salzuflen. I was traveling on business and spent the night there. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work. Breakfast was plentiful.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff, always smiling and trying to do justice to the guest. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and freshly prepared every morning. The rooms are simply furnished but clean and you only sleep in them. Because you're out and about during the day anyway. The price is also good. Can recommend with a clear conscience.
