Soooo. I'm now getting around to writing an honest and as objective as possible, but still logically subjective, review.Due to my impending homelessness (I had successfully completed my training at a boarding school and was therefore looking for an apartment), I of course had to look for an apartment as quickly as possible. Whatever the cost!I wrote to some landlords in a very friendly manner, and they responded very kindly in return.We set a very expensive rental price (we had no other choice) and I moved in straight away after just a few weeks.It quickly became clear that the shared kitchen was incredibly dirty, which I didn't find to be particularly bad because I had my own kitchenette. (Nevertheless, logically a minus point because other residents lived there and they didn't seem to be interested. This was followed by the next shock, and I found rotten oranges in my organic waste, which I found very unappetizing due to the extreme heat in the room .Over time I noticed that there was a huge problem filling out the papers (2 pieces) that I needed to officially pay for the apartment (room).In the end, strangely enough, there was a powerful potential for controversy for this sole reason. I have to say that I actually got relatively loud once or twice towards the end. But I assume that everyone will lose their temper at some point after such a sudden termination, which was poorly justified. All in all, I'm grateful to her because I now have a comparison and appreciate my current apartment even more!It's probably manageable to stay there for a night when there's nothing else there. However, I think the money is way too much! But in the end everyone has to decide for themselves.The assessment written above is purely subjective, while the description of the event, based on the facts, is objective.Ps: Think carefully about whether you want to stay there or not.-> There is freedom of expression in Germany, so I ask you to accept this and perhaps do one or two things better in the future. I learned from my experience and am still grateful to have had a roof over my head during that time.

Very nice. Simple accommodation at an acceptable price. In fact, it was better than expected! It was a stopover because I took part in the Race Days on Bilster Berg. The arrival was a little later, but I was greeted personally and immediately felt welcome.The rooms are simple but clean and everything works. The breakfast was my highlight, because requests were asked and, as far as possible, addressed. Even if it was just an overnight stay, everything was perfect for me!

Not recommended! The previous speaker summed up the situation there perfectly. I could write a lot more, but it's not worth it because, like many other reviews, it will simply be deleted anyway😐 The only great thing was the location, by which I definitely don't mean the room!

Very friendly family. The hostess was very accommodating, attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean. And cheap. The breakfast was so extensive that there was something for everyone. Nothing was missing. I'm thrilled and will definitely come back.

Very, very good, I've already stayed there 3 times. Very nice family. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious.

Price performance is okay if you just want to stay overnight. Room clean but old.
