I think the facility is great. Staff is very friendly.Unfortunately it is in the middle of the city. That's why there's always something going on. So you can't really sleep peacefully. Unless you leave the windows closed.

The reception was great. You shouldn't have breakfast here. First day buffet went like that, second day got a plate from the kitchen, third day got another plate with half of the previous day, only without rolls and coffee.

Nice hotel in a good location. Close to the train station, town hall and shopping. Very nice employees. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the room was not completely intact and the carpet was dirty.

We were warmly welcomed here and all of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction.The comfort room met our expectations. It was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we need. The advantage is that it is in the middle of the city and only a 3-minute walk from the town hall. The windows are very tight and it is quiet as soon as the window is closed. So we were able to sleep well because the beds were also super comfortable.The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Requests were freshly prepared immediately upon request. The food was German-Turkish cuisine.Everything was very stylishly furnished.

The hotel is located at main train station of bielefeld , the building was not planning as hotel , so the reception or rooms are stay not normal way , but the room has a comfortable size , and they support everything you needed, with such kind of cost , I will recommend it.

For the price it's ok. Cleanliness was okay if you ignored the various stains in the carpet. The colorful ceiling light that you could adjust was nice. Parking spaces are available in the area.We had several rooms, all officially non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately, one of them had obviously been used for smoking, it smelled and there were no smoke detectors. The hotel can only do so much, but then the room would at least have to be cheaper than the others. On the day of departure, despite countless attempts, no one could be reached in person or by telephone between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., otherwise we could have clarified the matter again.

Room bottom drawer. 2 rooms were booked for the same price. One room was equipped with a double bed, the other only had a single bed (why are rooms allocated differently here, with the same price and the same day?). There were leftovers from the previous hotel guest in the toilet. I had to turn off the water from the sink because the faucet drips constantly. The television was hanging on the wall on the right and facing away from the bed (so you could watch well while standing). Hotel was completely noisy, also in my room, the windows were leaky and so I had to listen to conversations on the street (room was on the second floor). Breakfast for €14.90 was unreasonable. Children's baked rolls no bigger than a small slice of fine salami, 1 type of cheese drizzled with herbs and salami was just about everything. No coffee selection and the only juice available was ojuice. What is really positive is the whole ice cubes, whether in the juice to water it down a bit or between the butter so that it doesn't melt. A boiled egg was the absolute highlight. So all in all, unfortunately not a nice stay, even if only for a one night stay due to work.

We were received very friendly and had the feeling that I could have addressed any requests/problems without any hustle and bustle. Generally clean impression, quite compact, no bright lights, just pleasantly warm lighting and light switches next to each door if it's too dark in the hallway. There's still something going on on the streets in the city in the evenings, but you can easily get anywhere.Rooms are equipped as you would expect, bathroom was fine with a few signs of wear. Wifi works without problems. Price performance is very good. Breakfast in the adjacent Naane restaurant was absolutely top!

Partially unpleasant atmosphere, dark hallways and strange characters to be seen.Room not completely clean but ok. ABSOLUTE RUDE: Loud music could be heard until three in the morning. I couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast ok, selection very limited. I wouldn't choose this “hotel” again.

The hotel is wonderful and is absolutely suitable for a trip to Bielefeld.We received a super friendly welcome.The rooms were clean and well equipped.The breakfast in the neighboring restaurant Naane was outstanding!Extremely good value for money.The only BUT (unfortunately - because everything else was really great!)The area is a disgrace, especially at night! A level of noise and shouting throughout the night from partygoers, several police operations and on the way to the old town, main station or subway you have to be very careful not to run into any syringes or something similar.Unfortunately, the hotel and its staff can't do anything about it, but it still makes you feel uneasy.

Great in itself. As a smoker, a 4-smoking place on the 1st floor can unfortunately only be used when it is dry. No cover seats broken. Were in the period August 17th. There until August 18, 2019 and again in April 2023.

The hotel is located on the edge of Bielefeld city center, very close to the train station. It is possible to take a parking space in one of the two parking garages directly behind it. It's open 24 hours.I had booked a single room and received a free upgrade to a double room.After checking in, you can either take the elevator or use the stairwell to get to the room floor.When I got to my floor, I first had to go through a fire door into the stairwell and then into the second hallway on the floor to get to my room.The room is relatively modern and big enough so that you don't get claustrophobic. (approx. 16 sqm)Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for the transparent glass stones in the wall to the bathroom and the sliding glass door. With some things you just want privacy and no audience.Due to the location, there is a lot going on outside at night.All in all the stay was very pleasant.
