Very outdated hotel. My room was definitely not shown in the photos. And for good reason: the room had a carpet that was also showing its age. Just like the walls. There was no window to tilt because the knob to open it was missing and was screwed shut. I haven't had a shower curtain in the bathroom for a long time. Water was difficult to adjust. Water temperature extremely hot or cold. Rarely something in between. Water pressure sometimes more and sometimes less. Ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. Very noisy. Every guest who walked across the hallway made my bed move. The floor creaks. There was no fire alarm on the ceiling. It smelled musty. The balcony was used by several guests. Suddenly two Czech guests stood in front of my window around 11:30 p.m. and were loudly drinking beer. Okay, the hotel can't do anything about that ;-) Changing rooms wasn't possible. Breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, tablecloths were dirty, and not just from previous guests. The hotel felt like a write-off. Too bad!

The area is quiet, there is a lot of greenery to relax after work. I've been on a contract off and on for almost 2 years and I wouldn't change it to any other hotel. Great service 👍. Rooms clean. Low price and breakfasts for everyone.

Hard to rate this hotel! No hot water in several rooms! No warm water at all in the morning, lukewarm in the evening if you were lucky. Hotel condition is from the 70s. You can have breakfast, but it's not a treat for the palate. The only positive thing was that the beds were clean and in good condition. However, you will never see me here again.

We stayed here for 3 days, everything is good but bathroom smells bad and there is mold on the walls, hotel really needs renovation everything is old, also the dust is not cleaned on top of shelfs and frame of the bed.

Unexpected gem in forested area of west Germany that cuddled and sheltered us when we were waiting to get our broken car fixed. Lovely atmosphere and the most friendly and helpful team is running this peaceful establishment. Great for business trip stop, even better for making memories on holidays. Most of a local towns shopping and restaurants in area within 15 min drive. Or if you'd like scenic views, within 1hr walking distance. Proximity of historic sites and breathtaking monuments . Would come back!

The hotel is very quiet, the peace and quiet is disturbed in the evenings because craftsmen spend the night there and charge the batteries for their machines in the evening. The fan noise hums all night long. The hotel is also getting a bit old.

Never again. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK. That's it already. We had room 11 right next to the reception and had 2 small dogs 🐕 with us. It was very loud and you could always hear people clattering over the stairs. Not thinking about sleep. We couldn't ventilate our room because the window didn't open. WiFi is almost non-existent and therefore no television. Showering wasn't possible either. The shower head was broken and only cold water came out. That's why we left a day earlier and paid for the day for free because we had to pay before we arrived.

Showering was difficult from one second to the next no more water and then full pressure then gone again.Hot water is only lukewarm and the minimum temperature is not reached. Balcony with floorboards that broke when walked on. Breakfast was good and the service was friendly.

Our relatively large room was clean, but the furniture was more from the 70s (?), as was the bathroom equipment. But with a balcony. Being close to nature and away from traffic was not convenient for us, but depending on how you travel, it was also very nice. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Our contacts were friendly and helpful!
