Hotel ratingI had mixed experiences at this hotel and would like to share my impressions with future guests.Positive:• Cuisine: The quality of the food was excellent. The dishes were tasty and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and variety.• Ambience: Hallways and stairwells were clean and smelled pleasant, which left a good first impression.Negatives:• Cleanliness in the room: Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. The toilet lid had not been cleaned properly when I arrived, and there was a slipper from the previous guest under the bed. There was a thick layer of dust on the coat rack, indicating an overall lack of thoroughness.• Mattress quality: The mattress was a real nuisance - extremely saggy and extremely uncomfortable. After two nights I left with severe back pain. A replacement would be urgently needed here to improve sleeping comfort.Conclusion:Overall, the hotel is okay, especially if you value good food and a well-kept atmosphere. However, the room cleaning should be worked on and the mattresses should definitely be replaced. If you are sensitive to sagging mattresses, you should take this into account when booking.

We were greeted very friendly. Had a great room. The breakfast was very rich. Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant. The staff relaxed and very friendly. Hotel is in the middle of town. So it's perfect. Thank you.

Very centrally located hotel. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Very tastefully decorated and clean rooms with a refrigerator and coffee maker.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and everything is freshly prepared, the service staff are attentive and very friendly.Guest-friendship is lived there from start to finish!I'd love to come back here!

For a 3 star hotel and these room prices I only give 3 stars.Beds were laid out but correctly.A lot of things weren't clean or were already broken.The parking lot is very small and you can only hope that your car stays intact when you arrive. There is a parking garage a few meters away. I would park there. Oh, if it costs money.There are charging options for electric car drivers, which has to be praised. But the AC costs 69 cents per kW. Sorry, that doesn't work at all.It's better to take 39 cents or lure customers with 0 € for hotel guests, that should probably be included.My suggestion is to make the parking spaces larger, even if there are 4 fewer spaces, but you will save your guests a lot of trouble if the car is damaged.Agree with the parking garage that your guests will pay the same price as yours. This way the parking garage would also get more customers. And both sides would benefit.I'm happy to help you with the rooms if you don't know or just don't want to see where improvements need to be made. And urgently.If I have a bad mattress like that again I will complain about the room.Otherwise the hotel was quite nice and the breakfast was very good.Very beautiful works of art wherever you look.The room signs are also almost falling off.You used the wrong dowels.Get better advice. You need screws that also hold in drywall panels.So now the last curtains were dirty and there was no way to darken the room. Replace the curtains with blackout curtains. Please.As I said, if you need help to correct the defects at low cost, I would be happy to help.Check out the pictures.

Excellent hotel! Stayed here 2 nights (Fri - Sun).Very quick and easy check- in. The man who helped us was very friendly, welcoming and helpful (helped carry our cases to the 2nd floor suite).Location is very central with the beautiful Kurpark, restaurants, bars etc within easy walking distance.Secure parking for 9€ per day.Our suite on 2nd floor was spacious, very clean and modern. Rainshower, Nespresso, mini fridge, view onto the main street but minimal noise in evening. Comfy beds.Fast internet.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a good choice of cheeses, cold meats, rolls, croissants, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt + coffee / tea / fruit juice etcDefintely recommend if visiting Bad Oeyenhausen. Felt like home to us!Thankyou! 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean but rooms not in good condition. The drain was blocked, the sliding door on the shower was broken and there was only a very small towel in the room - there was no feel-good atmosphere. Reception not manned all the time, no one there early in the morning and not in the evening either.Parking lot entrance not suitable for larger cars!
