I wish the former apprentice dormitory a new future as Hotel 22!We will be happy to come back again, many thanks to the service with all the friendliness and patience. We were able to enjoy a relaxing stay, simply furnished and with a sufficient breakfast. The tram stops running after 9 p.m. and it's logical that you don't park against the direction of travel, regardless of the municipality:))) no problem, just turn around and you're done.Maybe there will soon be a shelf in the bathroom? Nice, clean rooms. Spacious bathroom (shower a bit small/cramped in relation to the bathroom).Great service (was able to rebook breakfast). Rooms at the front are noisy because of the street. Next time book a room at the back.Free parking behind the hotel, otherwise there is plenty of free parking space on the street in front of the hotel. There is an elevator in the hotel. Would love to go there again to stay overnight.

One star is still too many. Tram traffic next to the hotel corresponds to the quality of sleep.Is a converted workers' dormitory.

Business tripIt was my first time staying in the hotel for one night and I am absolutely satisfied. The one star deducted from the location is the tram rattling past in front of the house. But it was bearable and didn't really bother me. But you have a good connection to get to the city center.Staff, cleanliness and service are impeccable. There are sufficient parking spaces available. I can't say anything about breakfast because I ate breakfast out, but that was probably a mistake.I will gladly come again!

The very friendly operator and actually quite decently equipped rooms are the positive things I can say here.The negative thing, even if the operator can't do anything about it, is that it takes forever until the annoying smoke detectors stop making the noise. As it turned out later, the things went off on their own at some point. Here the guests were left completely to their own devices.Furthermore, the way of communication when dealing with room cleaning is absolutely customer-unfriendly.Somewhere hidden in a folder it is mentioned that you have to hang a sign out if you want to use room service.For me, daily airing, emptying trash containers, making beds, etc. is a basic thing when I stay in a hotel.Towels are not changed either. 1 shower and towel per week. If you want a fresh one it costs extra! By the way, this is mentioned in passing on a T&C note stuck to the wall. The location is only interesting for people who don't want to do anything in the immediate vicinity.A mediocre penny market opposite at least provides the bare necessities you need.Conclusion: I won't be coming back. For that to happen, a lot of things would have to change in and around the house.Sorry!!!!

Offering a 2-bed room as an overnight stay for 4 is incredibly bold... you come into this room in the evening after 12 hours of assembly and realize that you only have 2 options: 1. Sleeping in one bed with two people or 2. a lot Too small a sofa bed for which there isn't even a bedsheet available... You can be happy that you didn't try to get the room with four people, as actually stated in the description... I hope our office worker books this... never again... Thanks for nothing...

I am very disappointed 😤After an emergency (flood at home) I had to leave early, but I still had to pay the full price.Then the faucet in the bathroom was connected incorrectly and I scalded my hands.Then in the middle of the night a complete stranger stood in the room and made a mistake in the door despite locking the door.I'm in Dessau very often but definitely not here again.Oh yes and the tram feels like it runs through the house 🤣🤣🤣🤣

We were there for the second time. We liked it again, only the room on the street side was a bit noisy... tram... staff super nice and accommodating... we'll be happy to come back

I travel around a lot, but I've rarely had such great service and a great room at this price! Any problems are taken care of immediately, an earlier check-in was no problem and the employees and the boss were all very friendly! I'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel with nice staff.You can hear the tram a bit (we had a room facing the street), but that's not really a problem.Absolute recommendation for stays in Dessau.

Large spacious and bright rooms. Quiet location except for the tram, which you can hear if you have a room facing the street, but that's bearable. There is a reception but it was never occupied when I visited. In front of it there is a small machine where you can get a toothbrush and toothpaste, a few snacks or something to drink if necessary. Alternatively, there is a Penny, bakery and newsstand across the street.

A hotel that is basically absolutely fine for 1-2 nights. The rooms are functionally furnished. The breakfast is sufficient. However, we had to change hotels after one night because the warm water is heated with a central boiler and we had warm water for exactly 3 minutes and then only cold water (at least 30 minutes). We didn't want to experience that a second time. Notices in the hotel also warn people that there may be shortages of hot water. But the staff reacted confidently.

The booking went smoothly and was intuitive. The room is clean and functionally furnished. A safe is available. The bathroom is very spacious. I wouldn't have expected that. We'd love to come back...
