Simply wow, I've stayed in a lot of accommodations, but I can only recommend this one again as a 10/10.Many thanks also to the cleaner, who was super nice, everything was exactly as it should be.I can only recommend people!!

I stayed at the PÖLTER for business and was really surprised at how good service can be without there being a reception or something similar. Everything has really been thought of and you just feel comfortable. If you are in the area, you should definitely try this place!

Nice room, we tasted a very tasty wine that was offered there in the common room.All in all a very pleasant stay, would happily return.

Normally I don't like staying in hotels. But you feel very comfortable here. Everything was very well maintained and clean 👍 The mattress is a bit too soft for me personally.

The entrance was difficult to find in the dark. Stylish room. Got an upgrade = great, large room. Quiet location. Parking spaces available. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Complete kitchen in the room. Everything kept in black. No reception, access with a code that is sent via email in advance. Unfortunately empty shower gel.

Just don't book!No door code received after paid booking. No response to calls or emails. Nobody can be reached in the house. If an emergency number is posted in the building, only a call center will answer. Even then, no callback. Had to book a hotel room elsewhere at short notice in the evening.

Great hotel, with very high quality facilities. Stayed in Loft 10 and was completely satisfied. The idea kitchen and the “This and That” room for everyday things are great ideas!

A beautiful hotel, absolutely comfortable. So many little things have been thought of, whether an oven/microwave in the room, wonderful duvets and mattresses, great lighting conditions (coziness), Bose music box, great shower soap, great teas - no standard, everything special.

TOP!TOP!TOP!Incredibly successful concept in a listed brick building, mega!Where should I start?The beds are a dream.Bathtub in the bedroom - pure luxury.Welcome gifts - food, drinks - wow.Furnishings - super well thought out, great materials, cool lighting concept.Everything you need on top can be found in the this and that room; There is also a great lounge area with armchairs and a kitchenette (you pay for food and drinks on a trust basis!).Prices - absolutely justified.We have rarely stayed overnight so well - a big compliment. We will come back 100% and recommend you.Thank you for a relaxing stay 🤩

Great hotel! Perfect booking! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice atmosphere.We stayed at the hotel over New Year's Eve. From the looks of it, the hotel was also very busy.One star is deducted for the reason that oil or grease was poured onto the stones right at the entrance to the restaurant on the ground floor, so that you could no longer walk on them. After I almost fell on the way out, half an hour later (because it was New Year's Eve and we were standing outside longer) I saw something being poured onto the ground again. On the way back to the hotel room, the floor was as walkable as in the dead of winter. The restaurant downstairs shouldn't do that. And I personally had no opportunity to express this.The Hotel Pölter certainly can't help it, but... please communicate this with the restaurant downstairs. Or the kitchen. This is very dangerous!We will definitely book again!Small criticism in passing with the hope that you will get in touch with the restaurant owners.Kind regards and happy new year!

Absolute favorite hotel in all of East Westphalia. Service surprisingly quick and attentive, even though there is no reception. A regular guest program would be nice ;-)
