Rooms clean and new, well equipped with microwave, cooking facilities etc. Unfortunately everything is very noisy - the room door has a huge gap, you can hear everything from outside. Located on a very busy street (even at night), so you shouldn't open the windows if getting a good night's sleep is important to you. The room couldn't be completely darkened because the light from the hotel's neon sign shone through every crack.

Actually everything was perfect and I would book it again and again, however (I don't know if it's like this in every room) there was a small window opposite the bed where there was no curtain or something similar, which made it early in the morning is already getting very bright. Otherwise everything was great :)

We were in Bielefeld on June 15th, 2024....with who?....of course with the hottest gang in the city!!!There was a small mistake in our booking and we were left without a room. Instead of sending us away, they immediately tried to find a solution. We had a beautiful, clean and very tastefully decorated room. The friendliness was priceless and next time we come we definitely want to eat a burger!!Keep it up!!!!!

English (German below): The staff was extremely friendly upon my arrival (felt more like being in a different country, as German customer service is not often overwhelming).There was a small problem in the first room I received, and I was immediately given a similar room. Everything worked as advertised. The location is very close to the train station, there is a Lidl supermarket directly across the street and two more within 8 min. walking distance, which made it easy to cook given that the room comes with a kitchen. Also, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel if one does not opt to cook.I would highly recommend it and will stay there again if I am in the area.The staff was extremely friendly when I arrived (I felt more like I was in another country as German customer service is not often overwhelming).There was a small problem in the first room I was given and was immediately given a similar room. The hotel is modernly furnished and the rooms are clean.However, half of the rooms are on the main street. The sun shines into the room all day, even in the evening it is unbearably warm. There is no air conditioning, keeping a window open at night is impossible because of the street noise. With a room price of well over 100 euros, I expect a lot more. There is also no breakfast.

We were lucky that we always had both cards with us, because one worked for the room and one for the front door. The room was very spacious and modernly equipped. Unfortunately there was no explanation for the coffee machine and the milk in the machine in the hallway was empty. There is no elevator. When we returned in the evening the front door was locked so we didn't have to come into the hotel and call. Unfortunately, the gentleman on the phone naturally assumed that we knew the access through the adjacent restaurant. In the end we were glad that the restaurant was open at all, otherwise we would have had to wait until someone came and unlocked the door (emergency exit).

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely first class! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, just what you want after a long day. The staff was extremely accommodating and always available to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The location of the hotel is simply perfect, in close proximity to the city. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

i have experienced 1 time that I was treated unfriendly as a guest at the entrance in front of the reception by a young lady with an immigration background.She had verbally attacked me.She spoke in a tone of insolence.She treated me badly :(|That's the truth at Boardinghouse.Location:Jöllenbecker Straße 36,Bielefeld.

Very nice welcome and clean, large rooms with great facilities. I only stayed here for one night but the facilities with kitchenette, etc. invite you to stay longer. Directly opposite is a large, well-stocked LIDL. Walking distance to the main station and the football stadium. A Burger & Bowl restaurant is located directly on the ground floor. Top!

The location is very good, very close to the train station, very close to the markets, right in the center of the city, the hotel rooms are spacious, the kitchen, the bathroom and the hotel itself are very clean, it is comfortable with water, tea and coffee machines, kitchen supplies, the bed is very nice and comfortable. A hotel, the employees are extremely kind and helpful!.. The best hotel to stay in Bielefeld!.. I stayed for 4 nights and I was very happy. Dankeschön!…

The weight is great! It's heavy everywhere, but it's impossible to sleep on the mattress, everything is broken. During the night, the services drive by, sirens wail.

Great service. We were on gravel bikes. We were given another room on site so that we could take the bikes with us.The location right on the main street is inconvenient, but the windows are well insulated. Otherwise super clean and like new.

it was ok , there is no lift though which wasn't stated anywhere which is tough, if you're not so mobile just don't stay here. The people working there disappeared when we needed to ask questions the shower was ok

Extremely clean! Small, well-equipped kitchenette, everything as good as new, very friendly and very accommodating approach. Location: 10 minutes walk to the city center. Parking is cheap (€10/day). We will stay here again next time we visit Bielefeld!

Close to the main train station. Walkable distance. Very clean and lovely size rooms with bathroom. Small kitchenette area with fridge, stove, crockery, cultery.The only BIG downside is, if you are disabled, elderly or not able to walk several flights of stairs, with your luggage, this place is not for you. There is no lift.
