We were so shocked by another accommodation we had booked first that we quickly and spontaneously looked for another accommodation for four nights. We found what we were looking for in the “Sudenburger Hof” hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and practical, but still comfortably furnished! It is located in a Wilhelminian style district in which most of the houses have been beautifully renovated. By car you can reach the city center in just a few minutes, max. a quarter of an hour; you have to walk about 8-10 minutes to the tram. There is a supermarket nearby and many other shops on the next main street, where the tram stop is. Since we often visit family in Magdeburg, the Hotel “Sudenburger Hof” will be our first port of call in the future.Thank you!!!!PS: Our family dog was also welcome during the very spontaneous booking!

I'm very satisfied, the room is clean, there is a parking space, the reception wasn't staffed, but I knew that beforehand. The key was in the safe and you can always reach someone via phone number if you have any questions.

Access to the hotel was very uncomplicated and smooth. The hotel also has a quiet location because it is located in the backyard. The service is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The room is overall perfect. The bed is very comfortable, the room is equipped with a refrigerator and enough storage space. We would love to come back here.

Check-in is not staffed, you should contact us by phone. Mailbox 3 times, then pushed away several times. Employee lies when she opens her mouth. Card payment not possible, although cashless payment is explicitly stated on the booking platform and this is also posted in the hotel. The overnight stay was probably canceled on the booking platform by the hotel, so no review can be given. Beware of FRAUD!

The stay was pleasant. The breakfast is not appropriate for the price, you can make more effort. However, the owner of the hotel insisted on keeping the money even though I left a day earlier. You can't call that service and hospitality. Too bad!

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and understanding over the phone. The location is great for someone who wants to stay in Sudenburg: quiet and close to various shopping opportunities. If you want a 5 star luxury hotel, you'll have to look for something else, but here you'll feel comfortable and get good value for money!

We wanted to try something different than the B&B and decided on the Sudenburger Hof. It wasn't a mistake, because the hotel can be reached very quickly from the tangent, i.e. B 81, only the narrow gate entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow. But we were informed of this when booking. The hotel is located in the backyard and is therefore quite quiet. Our reception was unmanned, but we had the code for the key safe next to the door and were able to move into our room straight away. The “dog room” was relatively spacious and we felt comfortable. Our children's room was quite nice. There was quick hot water in the bathroom and we also had a refrigerator. At the reception there is a drinks fridge filled with various local drinks and even wheat beer glasses. If we had known that, the drinks we brought with us would have stayed at home, especially since the prices were acceptable. So dear operators, write that on the website. In addition, a new Norma is about a 3-minute walk away, where you can go shopping or have breakfast.Breakfast on Sunday was sufficient, it lacked some fresh vegetables, i.e. cucumbers and tomatoes, but otherwise we had everything we needed.We can definitely recommend the hotel.

Price/performance is okay. My room 7 was clean and functionally furnished. Fortunately, the plug for the tub in the bathroom was not removed, so you can actually use it.Breakfast was brought to the table individually, with fresh rolls and the basics you need, but nothing more.Conclusion: completely fine for a short business overnight stay. For a cozy family vacation, I would probably look for something more modern.
