The hotel is super old-fashioned and very run down. Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable there and would never go there if there weren't such great seminars taking place. However, if I had to rate the kitchen, I would give it at least 5 stars. Everything is super fresh and extremely tasty 😋. I don't like to forgive such harsh criticism, but I wasn't the only one who felt the same way.

Once you've completed the winding journey, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay here. Located directly at the nature park, quiet and with first-class organic cuisine. I felt very well.

Seminar center with delicious vegan/vegetarian organic cuisineNice and helpful staff, good and quiet location, simple but very, very tasty vegan/vegetarian food, creative salads. At breakfast - for my taste - not enough choice (no raw vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumber, etc., no eggs, etc.).During the seminar breaks there was raw food or home-baked cookies, coffee, grain coffee, etc.Unfortunately, there was mostly bad air in the room and in the hotel in general - despite frequent ventilation.I'm looking forward to the next time.

Very good vegetarian food. Rooms clean and very quiet. Nice location, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere.The only strange thing: The hotel still requires proof of a COVID test from its guests, which doesn't fit well with the "woke" seminars that take place there. Please think again here, as this matter has bothered many guests.Otherwise great! Keep it up!

Yes, it's more of a seminar house... and if you can get involved with it, it's a wonderful place of peace and relaxation.The food is fresh, unusually tasty (raw vegetable salads, sauces, bread, casseroles and much more). IF something is missing, dedicated, friendly interns are on hand....or Olga the cook.Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.Beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity ♡!♡

The seminar in the hotel was simply great. Vegetarian and vegan meals in the daycare center. Met great, nice people and two extraordinary people who taught us a lot. The hotel was great, the staff were very, very friendly. You just have to get used to the vegetarian, vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner. 😏👍

Very, very nicely located.I didn't stay in the hotel myself because there were no more rooms available.The seminar itself was absolutely great and successful.Very nice seminar speakers and participants.I immediately felt comfortable.I only found the hotel contribution for the food a bit high.

It looks like I like giving away stars. But you have to shower the FünfSeenBlick with stars. Everything is just right now. From the clarity of being a seminar house and not a holiday guest hotel, to the uncompromising eco-biological attitude (own garden, measures to prevent food waste, organic food of course, etc.), to fresh food (everything is freshly prepared every time), business management and the final discussion, wonderfully suitable Rooms, a very spacious park and garden and above all: a soothing, nourishing silence. The seminar house is the highest house in the village of Bringhausen, which "consists of 100 people and 95 cows". We have never had as many wonderful personal contacts in a hotel as we did here. For me: heaven on earth!!! Such (!!!) a nice team, the food was great, the rooms - and everything else - clean, great food for three times a day plus the view of the Edertal, the clean air, the delicious water, the mystical and beautiful nature of the Kellerwaldes, ideal days for contemplation, silence, experiencing nature, coming down and the best place for personal development, inner growth, interesting courses. Poor value for money: Unfortunately, I was not informed in advance that in addition to the house usage fee of €10 per day, there is also a meal allowance totaling €86 (for 1x breakfast, lunch and dinner!) if you do not spend the night in the house itself. This means full board, even though I ate half of the meals in my own accommodation. I prepared the remaining meals myself in the teaching kitchen during the seminar, so I didn't use any services. For me, this flat rate is completely incomprehensible.My complaint at the seminar center was not addressed appropriately and the flat rate was inflexibly stuck to.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the seminar center.

An excellent example of good organization and hospitality. Very good vegetarian food, mostly home-grown and freshly prepared. A quiet place where you can concentrate entirely on your event.

This facility is not a hotel, more of a youth hostel. The rooms are very simple (the main building where we stayed) in the style of the 70s and no TV. There is no shampoo available in the shower. The food (vegetarian) was ok, but nothing special. The price-performance ratio doesn't really fit. Because 120 euros for a double room with breakfast in which single beds are separated is too expensive.
