Old but paid for. We (with a dog) had a large room that needed renovation. Our friends were accommodated much better. Breakfast room very nice, but breakfast counted exactly. Actually, everything was fine until I took the liberty of asking for time to clear up before we left. We sat there for about an hour. The comment on this: If you come earlier, you can sit longer. It was 9:30 a.m.!The next morning we had to “beg” for the OJ and it was ruthlessly cleared away from the next table. It's a shame that Mr. Musmann thinks he's the center of the world.

Not recommended! Unfriendly “host”. There is almost no water in the shower, and when it does, it is mostly cold. From 10 p.m. the internet speed will be throttled. I was supposed to pay for the overnight stay in cash... but I didn't because I had guaranteed the booking with my credit card (and unfortunately the “host” has to pay the % to MC).

The only positive thing is the location to the city center. Otherwise you cannot recommend this guest house. Our room definitely did not correspond to the photos, was old-fashioned, very noisy and the worn-out furniture gave off a musty smell that was regularly sprayed over. Showering with the bathtub entry and the low shower head was a difficult and slippery balancing act.For the hotelier, Mr. Abdallah Musmann, only the money was important ("I'm only interested in your money."). So we had to go to the machine before our first breakfast because it didn't accept credit cards or anything similar. He wanted the money in cash and immediately. We weren't allowed to sit at the table before. This also applied to guests who had booked through Booking.com (a form of "modern slavery" where only "crooks and criminals" work).The breakfast was OK, but nothing more. We received instructions on how to use the coffee warming pot: coffee cup in the LEFT hand, napkin in the RIGHT and use this to operate the lever! And nothing else!In addition to all the inconveniences, the fact that a fellow traveler's television didn't work (and wasn't fixed since it was the guests' fault) was just the icing on the cake.Conclusion:- Extremely poor value for money at 480 euros for 4 days per room- I would be interested to know where the good reviews come from 🤔P.S. Hopefully the missing fire alarms and the missing railing on the balcony will soon be a thing of the past!!!

Unfortunately, this house has no cancellation policy. So be sure to ask about cancellation conditions if you have to cancel.Especially in Corona times.
