Clean & structured! Very suitable for company events 👍Because I travel a lot for work and work in hotels, I can easily compare.What is convincing here at La Strada is the accuracy in all important points for the training organization.The entire hotel is clean, the new employees (comparison year 2022) now have a good service orientation!(Taxi from Wilhelmshöhe train station approx. 16 euros)I strongly recommend 🚀

I booked the room online with the note that we had a dog with us.A short time later I received a booking confirmation via email including my comment. For example, on the second page of the booking confirmation it was stated that the entire hotel is non-smoking, but nowhere was it mentioned that dogs were not allowed.So we arrived this afternoon as planned and were shocked when the employee told us that animals were not allowed in the hotel. The gentleman didn't even bother to check for the booking or booking confirmation, there was no apology, no regrets, I was speechless. If I'm honest, I don't know what was worse for us...the unfriendly nature or the dog hostility?! Never again La Strada!!!

High quality, beautiful hotel in a remote location.The rooms are not very modern, but they are clean. Unfortunately my towel was stained.The breakfast/lunch was A1! I would come here again.Since it was a business stay, unfortunately I can't say anything about the prices.

Very pleasant lighting and acoustics in the meeting rooms. Food very tasty, a bit crowded, cramped and hectic at the buffet and in the dining room. Staff very friendly, but probably too short staffed.Evening drinks could only be paid in cash and could not be charged to the room, not even with an EC card, only a credit card. So put enough cash in your room, then it will be more comfortable downstairs.

First of all, the hotel is just big. Basically suitable as a conference hotel. My room was ok. but already a bit worn. I don't like the big stain in the carpet. What is a reason for me not to book the hotel again and not to recommend it is the consistently poor service. The reception was unfriendly and, despite having a credit card on file, when checking in they demanded that the total amount be paid directly. There is a single, unfriendly person in charge at the bar. Drinks can only be ordered and picked up at the bar and must be paid for immediately. Writing on the rooms is refused. Tables with empty glasses are not cleared away, you do that yourself. A coffee corner for several meeting rooms, coffee machines are only turned on during the specified break. If that doesn't work, you want €6 per participant for 15 minutes. The food in the restaurant was varied and ok. ,the service and friendliness improved after you had passed the entrance control with a military tone. Overall poor price/performance ratio and substandard customer friendliness. Not recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 2 full days for a business meeting and chose it because of its location, which was easily accessible for everyone. We will never go there again.The conference food in the restaurant is rich, but comes entirely from system catering and is aimed at “cost optimization”. There are no cooks - except fresh fried eggs. At least I have to admit that the restaurant management and team really try to be friendly. Except for the lady who asks you for your room number in the morning like a US Army officer. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a plate unseen, as it is often contaminated with residual dirt.The meeting area is modern and spacious. The coffee machine will turn off after 30 minutes. Additional coffee costs EUR 6 per participant. No conference drinks came out of the fridge.At the bar you can only pay with cash or card, not in your room. A glass of wine costs between 7.50 and 9.50.The fundamental effort of many staff in the service to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay can be felt. #Smile #Greetings. But our stay was at best “sufficient”.

The hotel is already getting a bit old. I had a stay there for work. This time I was able to stay in a renovated room, which was significantly better than in previous years.The kitchen still has potential for improvement, but the service employee Ms. Kara was particularly impressed. Very guest-oriented and polite. A good business card for the house in service, although the job is certainly hard and stressful. The hotel can be very grateful for that.
