Unfortunately the rooms were a complete disappointment. It stank in one room and the bed in the other was unbearable. We then canceled one night. We were assured that there would be no problems, since the cancellation was made via booking.com, the hotel management only had to give written consent to booking.com. Unfortunately we have been waiting for this since July 2024. The hotel simply does not process the process and so the money cannot be credited to us by booking.com. What a shame! What a shame!

The room is beautiful. Was unlucky that the coffee machine didn't work, so it probably had to be contained. The hairdryer didn't work.Would repeat at any time.

Much, much better than some 4 star hotels. All employees very friendly. Huge fridge in the room. Comfortable beds and modern facilities. We'll definitely see each other again.

I have traveled to many hotels and have rarely experienced such a great hotel - if you accept that your car is parked in a parking garage further away (which an old town hotel cannot do), this is the right place for you. Great rooms with soundproof windows, hustle and bustle outside in the summery old town, and then a seminar room on the market a few meters away with daylight and top facilities. Wonderful breakfast and above all: simply stylish and beautiful, whether with the Versace tableware or the Marantz amplifier on the system for watching music videos that is accessible to everyone. The service: great and uncomplicated, human interaction, no chain or corporate style. I would love to come back here!

I can't think of anything positive to say other than the location. The price-performance ratio is not justified. There are only staff at the sparse breakfast buffet and for cleaning. Hotel wasn't clean. Plus it was loud. Wouldn't come again

The first problems arose when making the reservation. I have a credit card on file. The deposit also appeared on my account. I didn't receive a reservation confirmation. When I enquired over the phone, I unfortunately discovered that my reservation had come to nothing. On the phone I was promised a nice room with a bed that wasn't against the wall for the price of my first booking. The first confirmation actually had a cheaper price too. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I received a new prize with identical text. It was probably an internal error from the hotel. There was no response to my complaint via email. Checking in on the day of arrival was problem-free. We got the surprise when we entered the room. Bed against the wall, wobbling toilet seat, hairdryer only runs for 5 seconds. At breakfast you had to be quick again because the staff went out three times to get a few rolls. The hungry guests then immediately pounced on the simplest rolls. There was only 1 type of roll. All in all I can't recommend the hotel. Price doesn't match performance at all.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Fulda. Walking distance to the nearest parking garage and everything in the city center. Online check-in and key collection possible. However, when using the air conditioning, please close the windows and switch the coffee and tea machine to an environmentally friendly version!

Check-in was at night at the key box, so far everything was fine.Reception staff was also nice the next day.The room was on the third floor, converted attic.It's almost impossible to sleep without polishing your head, see pictures! Pillow also a touch of nothing...The fact that the room key has to be put into a lock so that you have electricity - you had to find out first and find the lock. You can hardly put keys in because there is more or less a filing cabinet in front of it! See pictures.The headboard of the bed had also been scratched off by other people's fingernails, really bad. See pictures.TV far too big for the small room, towel rack in the bathroom broken, keeps turning into the toilet bowl.It's also not possible to sleep during the day because housekeeping is just too loud and cleans other rooms with the door open.The minibar is well-intentioned, but the two apples in it were already worn out, they were already shriveled and both of them were no longer good! See pictures.The next morning I came to the breakfast room, there was no choice of rolls or eggs, the lady in reception went to get two normal rolls. I would have liked a grain roll or croissant, but this was not possible because I was given two normal rolls .The cheese and sausage selection was also very manageable, and at breakfast you basically sit on a plate presented to passers-by.

Nice hotel in the center. Booking was easy and the furnishings and decoration are nice; Breakfast sufficient and good.But: under no circumstances book a single room! The bed is set under the sloping roof so that you can only get into the bed from the foot end and get real “box hotel vibes”. I felt very restricted there.

I rate my warm experience at the Apart Hotel Fulda, a true pearl in the enchanting baroque city of Fulda, with 9 out of 5 stars. Since my professional travels often take me to hotels, I have already tried several in this magical city. It's simply remarkable how above average the hotels here are! But among them I discovered my personal favorite, where everything really harmonizes perfectly - from the charming rooms to the delicious breakfast to the always friendly staff.Now I would like to enthusiastically share my impressions of the booked Apart Hotel Fulda. The price-performance is simply unbeatable! The minibar, coffee and even a PC in the room are included. Despite the rather modest size of the rooms, they impress with their well-thought-out furnishings and an impressive television. The sanitary facilities are first class. The breakfast offers a small but exquisitely compiled selection. The concept of the hotel exudes true elegance, even the dishes fit in harmoniously. The location right in the baroque old town, just 10 minutes from the train station, makes the stay simply ideal for me.A big thank you to all the loving staff and team! You really do everything right, you are always friendly and extremely helpful. And of course I wouldn't forget to mention how comfortable the carpet is in the room - it gives the room a wonderful atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit and to once again enjoying the amenities of the Apart Hotel Fulda in this enchanting baroque city.

Best location, a few meters from St. Blasius Church. Also best rooms, equipped with everything you could need. Basically the best hotel I've ever stayed in, it was really worth it.
