Very tasteful holiday home with fine rooms. Hisch room, beautiful on the 3rd floor.......without elevator! Located directly in the pedestrian zone and in the immediate vicinity of the monastery ruins. Restaurants and cafes just a few steps away.

Hy, I was there for one night at a concert with a colleague in the Hirschzimmer.Absolutely loved it. With so much attention to detail, artistically beautifully decorated. Excellent half-timbered house, good mattresses.You could do everything online and the key works with a safe if you come at other times.At the beginning I accidentally almost ran into the wrong room because of all the talking and admiring (but that was really my fault, anyone who can read has a clear advantage 😂). When we left there was a gentleman who asked us if everything was okay. But I didn't want to act so strange again and just said yes, thank you, everything was fine. But I think that was the gentleman on site to address 😂.There is also a ceramic artist shop downstairs and the monastery ruins nearby. Cafés etc. all wonderfully close by. Therefore, absolutely recommended, I would be happy to come back when I am in Bad Hersfeld.

I'm a repeat offender for the third time and I keep coming back.A beautifully renovated house with individual furnishings by the ceramic artist S. Bernt and a warm landlady.Everything was clean, well-equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee and WiFi. In my opinion and sleeping, mattresses are good.Bathrooms partly across the hall but always room-related.Unfortunately, the stairs are very narrow and steep (old house!) and therefore not necessarily an advantage for people with little mobility (e.g. crutches). (Sorry, but you have to know)I really like being here.

Ms.habener is a very committed and friendly host.The house is very personal and beautifully decorated. The room had a good atmosphere.There was coffee and cereal at no extra charge.If we come to Bad Hersfeld again, we would definitely want to stay there again.Thanks for the great conversation upon arrival.

A place of warmth, authenticity and helpfulness.Due to a car breakdown we ended up in Bad Hersfeld unplanned. Ms.habener suggested picking us up at 5 a.m. and taking us to the hotel. We spent two wonderful days here and experienced a lot of hospitality. Thank you very much for this great experience, thanks to which we were able to make more than the best of the situation.

Small bed and breakfast in the middle of the city center of Bad Hersfeld. The landlord is very friendly and runs the ceramics shop himself, which is located under the B&B.We were able to store bicycles in the shed next door, which was very practical.The rooms are nicely furnished and everything is clean. The two double rooms have their own bathroom, but you first have to walk across the common hallway.There is free coffee and tea in the kitchen. The breakfast is nothing special but completely perfect for €6.90.Overall we were very satisfied and would like to come back.

Absolutely awesome!I had the feeling that I was sleeping in the apartment of a good friend who was currently traveling and then I also had a really delicious breakfast... if it were possible I would give it 6 stars too 👍

A very nice and extremely friendly run bed and breakfast in the middle of the old town in a historic half-timbered house. The rooms are very quaint, but modernly equipped. Breakfast was also provided with great attention to detail. The common room with a comfortable sofa corner, games and a large TV invite you to sit together in the evenings. The owner has a pottery workshop on the ground floor from which you can purchase beautiful souvenirs. There is storage space for cyclists right next door in the workshop. Bottom line, probably the best choice for an overnight stay in the festival city!
