Room 101 is not recommended.It is very loud because the residents above and the front door is broken and slams shut so loudly that you constantly wake up.The furnishings used to be nice, but are absolutely neglected.Personally, I didn't want to use the kitchen or bathroom for hygiene reasons.

Nice rooms with a balcony, nice little kitchen with everything that goes with itQuiet area and nice close to the cityHowever, a duvet and towel were forgotten in one of the roomsLucky that there was someone from the hotel present when we arrived (no reception normally)

I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel.Although the apartments are located very conveniently and have nice and modern furniture, it gives you nothing if you cannot get into them.The limehome apartments are equipped with electrical devices at the entrance which open the door after entering the code. While receiving code and instruction went very smooth, the door didn't always get open, unfortunately. So the system worked once, when I checked-in in the early afternoon for leaving my luggage. Then I went out and came back to the apartment late. Unfortunately for me, the door didn't get open in the night so I was locked out of the apartment without my luggage and things like telephone chargers etc. Limehome has a 24/7 - telephone ONLY - support team. On one hand, all of the telephone supporters were very friendly, on the other they were completely useless and helpless in the situation. In the end I had to search for another hotel in the city and in the next day morning I was forced to wait WITHOUT KNOWING FOR HOW LONG for the special service to open the door for me. Here is my negative feedback re the support team system: the limehome support team has never called me back, although I begged them to do so to inform me how much time the unlocking will take and other details of my booking. So in the end it was me who had to call the limehome. Making these calls was extremely annoying because (1) it took at least 5 min to get connected to a person and (2) another 5 min to introduce yet new limehome employee to my case. For such situations I suggest to assign 1 person only for contacting a visitor. You can imagine, how frustrating it was to a visitor like me. The situation with paying back all the bills got only clarified after intervention of my employer - since I traveled for business.Search for other options.4 stars for room, cause there was no toilet paper. If you still want to visit the hotel - be prepared ;)

Absolut disaster! Do not stay here! The door system did not work and we were not able to enter the room at midnight and had to search for an alternative hotel in the middle of the night as the lime support service was absolutely useless! The next day we were waiting in front of the apartment for hours until they came to site and opened the flat so we could finally retrieve our belongings.WE WILL NOT NOT BOOK LIME EVER AGAIN ANYWHERE!

Except for the location, not really recommended.Cleanliness left a lot to be desired! WiFi didn't work.Customer service not available.Not even via WhatsApp.Contact by email not provided. Electrical wiring is partly done via multiple sockets 🤔

Cleanliness and facilities were good, otherwise I can share the negative things of others. Unfortunately, the house doesn't make the best impression. The code keypad on the front door is very wobbly and you are immediately greeted in the house by an open and littered fuse box. The lock on the apartment door and the bathroom door are damaged, a curtain is loose in one corner. But what was most annoying was the resident on the 4th floor above the apartment. Very loud, stomping around for hours early in the morning.The bathroom is very small and a bit older. Since I had booked the slightly more expensive apartment 301, I expected the new bathroom from the pictures. Here, limehome should only show the pictures of the apartments that also belong to the apartments.

Good location to stay at in Kassel. Close to central station and tram.The room we were in (3.20) was clean and also adequately equipped. Spacious enough and we used the balcony for breakfast in the morning.We cooked only basic things but we found everything we needed. Coffee is there as well as tea, salt and pepper.The check in and check out went smooth as described, not a problem with mobile phone.Prices seem fair for what you get.Regarding documenta it was also well located, this year there are noises from the street as they are building close by, but it's not the fault of the vendor.

The apartment is located in an apartment building. The door opener (number combination) is pretty wobbly. You're never sure whether he recognized the key press. The apartment was functionally furnished.The kitchenette was OK. There was even coffee there.And then we went to the bathroom. It smelled miserably of cigarettes. I had the smell in my nose all night long.The TV reception was a disaster. It was not possible to watch anything for more than 5 minutes at a time.The internet reception was similarly bad.The blinds were partially broken and tied to the heater so they stayed up.I didn't feel well.But it was clean. At least we didn't see any obvious dirt spots.

The bathroom had a musty cigarette smell, the area isn't super quiet, but it worked.The neighbors are stressful, loud music and shouting were quite annoying.The TV reception is lousy, channels drop out and the remote control is so simplified that you can NOT adjust ANYTHING.Too bad.

Bathroom far too small, no storage space and hardly any light.The heating was gurgling and the television wasn't running. Guests should be quiet at 10 p.m., but neighbors' stoner parties should last until 4 a.m

The room was very dirty and looked messed up with loose cables and moldy scented sticks. There is only one water glass in the kitchen. The announced parking space cannot be used and customer service no longer responds to my complaint. Overall very disappointing and way too expensive!
