We had the first code locks, it's good, I can remember numbers and you don't need a physical key. Room was also clean. There was a helpful young man there who you could turn to with questions. Lighting in the bathroom is good, but there is no shelf space worth mentioning. No space for electric razors, toothbrushes, fragrances, deodorants or whatever else two people would like to have in the bathroom within easy reach of the sink and mirror. The shower was spacious and maintained the set temperature, but had not been descaled recently. The rooms hardly contain any furniture and are therefore extremely noisy. There was a small table and a normal water glass in the kitchen for two people. One! There were two small hotplates and no oven, but a small combination wave, the operation of which remained largely unclear to us. Luckily, the Turkish restaurant Lehmofen, within walking distance, also offers good food at reasonable prices, so we didn't have to try out cooking with the very limited options. Overall... if you're just staying overnight while passing through, it's fine, but this accommodation would be absolutely unsuitable for a longer vacation.

Very friendly service and staff, price performance was right, the request for a room on the ground floor was fulfilled, everything was very clean and everything you needed was available. Room service was also perfect... of course it was a bit noisy because of the street in the city.. .which can also be explored on foot and has good shopping opportunities, a clear recommendation

If you realize that this is not a hotel with the associated services, you come to the conclusion that you have a very nice, spacious apartment with good facilities. Unfortunately, the location makes it impossible to sleep without earplugs with the window open. Nevertheless, value for money is right and therefore I give it just 5 out of 5 points.

The apartment was not amazing, but exactly what we needed: a place to comfortably relax and sleep. To get in to the apartment we had to call the nummer on the reservation form, which was quick and they even had our room ready hours before our scheduled check in. The apartment is right beside a noisy road, but we nearly didn't notice: double windows and door, made it easy to forget, and they even provided earplugs if needed. It was easy to park near by, for free, even though we had to parallel park.

DO NOT BOOK!!! If you don't want to spend money on no sleep, this is the place for you.First of all: I've been to many accommodations - this one is by far the worst.You arrive and with luck you get the last parking space (but you can also go another way) - but then the fun is already over.- Everything has to be paid for first (knowing that 95% of the guests would leave as soon as they set foot in the rooms).- the rooms, bed linen, everything smells like smoke- As soon as you want to ventilate, you understand why there are earplugs on every bed:- it's incredibly loud. You cannot sleep in the room facing the street (not even with earplugs)- you not only hear the cars from outside but also all the conversations that are going on next to, below and above you- the situation is dangerous (I can't think of another word): right across the street is a park - the first thing you see as soon as you take a few steps inside - let's say extremely criminal-looking fellow citizens who immediately looked at us - which makes me slightly nervous (traveling with my wife and two small children). We then immediately went back to the bus stop next to the “hotel” and watched a completely exhausted guy building his joint.To be fair, I can finally say: the apartment was clean and the lady at the reception was nice. Otherwise minus 8 out of 5 stars.

Apartment with decent facilities, centrally located and easily accessible.Actually there should be a recommendation but unfortunately I have to revise it.We looked for and booked accommodation with breakfast!And when you arrive you are told that there is no breakfast.“We have abolished that since February 1st” than 6 weeks before the travel date.Yes, afterwards I found an email from the booking portal that was sent the day before at 8 p.m. But we had already been traveling there for two days.I expect a different approach if you no longer offer a service.Information in a time frame in which you can still react. And that on your own initiative and not by referring to the booking portal that sent an email.

For such a low price we would never have expected such great and, above all, clean accommodation. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check in was uncomplicated. We also found the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty and had a lot of choice for our taste (savory, sweet and spicy)We would love to come back! Thank you very much

Stay from October 22nd to 23rd, 2022Room 003Simple, really simple and clean. Unfortunately very noisy. Not just the busy street in front of the house, but also from the other rooms. I felt like I could hear every step coming from the room above me. Not pleasant. Everything in front of the room door was also easy to understand.Breakfast sufficient but simple and not the best products in the respective category.

Very clean, friendly staff. Spent one night with a small child. A baby cot was provided.Of the minuses:mattresses too soft. The mattress on the single bed was completely squashed and it was uncomfortable to sleep.Internet: first we connected 2 phones to WiFi, after which the laptop could not be connected. Since it was late, we didn't want to disturb the staff. It looks like there are restrictions on the number of connections. This is bad, because it was already impossible to do anything related to work.

Rooms are clean and tidy, furnishings are contemporary to modern, and complete. Kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. everything available. But I recommend using the rooms facing Franzgraben, less street noise.

The holiday apartments are clean, tidy and sufficiently furnished. The staff is competent and friendly. Everything was great, we will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly welcome, apartments seem newly renovated, everything is new and clean, kitchen is well equipped. The only disadvantage is the extreme clairaudience. If someone lives in the apartment above you, you can hear their every step and sometimes even their conversation. Less beautiful on a Sunday morning...Savings were made on soundproofing during the renovation.

Even if you just tilt the window, it's so loud that it's almost impossible to sleep - even the Oropax placed on every bed as a precaution doesn't help much
