New (since 2022), great, relatively spacious apartments, very quiet and clean, comfortable double bed, functional small kitchenette, air conditioning, great breakfast option at the great bakery right on the ground floor. Checking in at the terminal on the ground floor didn't work so well. Booked through the employer. Terminal asks for room number and name. Advanced search finds nothing. Called service: "Check in only after 3 p.m." Room number and this kl. Temporal detail was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. I was there just after 1pm on Sunday. What now??? 😞 Then later it didn't work either. Called service again. At some point, in a roundabout way, it all worked out by chance. "It's all still new here and sometimes a bit bumpy..." Okay. Sorry.Kl. Note:1. Shower cubicle with folding door.Impractical. After showering, fold it outwards - it drips onto the tiles and makes a slipping game. Inside - you squeeze yourself into the cabin.Better: sliding doors from the corner to the sides.2. Kitchenette with microwave without hob. You produce a lot of waste unintentionally. 2 small, approx. 10 liter trash cans in the kitchenette door are never enough for 5 days and possibly 2 people. Please put 2 more bags in the buckets under the bags or somewhere.3. 2 large and small towels and 1 floor towel in front of the shower also not enough for 2 people. You have to pay extra for more towels.4. The air conditioning works perfectly and is relatively quiet. Depends on the intensity. But it can also be adjusted.5. Opaque curtains and additional electric. Blinds. Very cool.6. Parking and location in the town are pretty good.

Great overnight stay for Merkers KaliSalz. Check-in machine works perfectly, clean room, extra lounge with drinks machine (moderate prices), kolo soda maker, bakery on the ground floor. Parking space available.

Rooms large and clean.Check in unproblematic.Great view of Monte Kali.Unfortunately there is no possibility to park and load bicycles. A pity.

We were there for a weekend. Great concept. Check in without any problems at the machine paid with EC card and room card comes out of the machine. Rooms are very modern and clean, everything you need is there. It's good that there is an e-charging station, it has a plug type. 2 and 11KW, payment is made contactless with EC card. The kWh costs 40 cents. (GOOD PRICE). Trips to the Drachenschlucht and Wartburg were very nice. The price for the room was perfectly fine. We will definitely come again. Kind regards to the team.

There are hundreds of cigarette butts in front of the entrance area, you should at least give smokers an ashtray or clean it up there. My suggestion to add at least a coffee machine in a single kitchen that has neither a hob nor cooking accessories was seen as worth reconsidering. Not everyone, if they already have a kitchenette, wants to get dressed and get a cup of coffee from the bakery for what is now expensive money

Really great apartments. There are even two charging stations for electric cars in the parking lots.Checking in at the machine was uncomplicated. However, you should check the room number. remember that is assigned to you. We didn't pay attention to this and therefore had to call the service number. call.The bakery on the ground floor is awesome because it's even open on Sundays.The only negative thing was the pillows, which were so high and hard from the filling that they were unsuitable for sleeping on, which wasn't exactly conducive to a night's sleep. So with your own pillow, 100% recommendation.

This is not an apartment, just a room with a bathroom. How to prepare a meal? The only equipment is a microwave oven. There isn't even a kettle provided.

This was my third visit and this time it wasn't good. Unfortunately, when I got into the room, it smelled a lot like a toilet. Then I flushed the toilet and ventilated the room. Then came the next problem: the room simply didn't get warm despite the heating. That was the case on my last visit in December and my roommate also complained about it. Furthermore, the shower was not tight. In addition, the WiFi didn't work the whole time, which made it difficult to stay for business.

Per:The hotel and the apartments are almost directly in front of the Gerstunger HBF and only about 1 minute away from it.Of course, the house or hotel apartments look like they are still new, which is of course great.The rooms were super clean, and the security of 2 or 3 doors to the room is perfect.The view (out the back) of the Salt Mountain is very nice.Cons:The check/in at the machine needs to be revised again, I entered my name and no reservation was found, only after a detour using the booking number was it found. This could be a problem for older people who are not very good with terminals.The fact that you don't have to do the check/out at the terminal is actually great, but you weren't really informed about it. There would be better information here, for example. In the room or at the terminal, it's great that you just have to throw the room card into the slot on the terminal when checking out. Ideal.The café downstairs is really nice and has very friendly staff. It is important to know that the café is NOT part of the hotel/apartment.All in all a great modern hotel/apartment, we will come back and if the check/in goes better next time it will be 5 stars 😀

- annoying air conditioning under the outside windows of room 8 runs all day, even at night- WiFi does not work in room 8. Reception is only sufficient if you stand at the entrance door or the bathroom- No coffee machine in the room,- No tea-making facilities in the roomSolution:coffee machine in the “common room”; But it demands €1 coins and doesn't change- Too little storage space for laundry- House access doors require a lot of force to open (so hands should be free)+ Completely new facility (as of September 2023)+ Actually quiet location (without the air conditioning under the window, see above)+ Mattresses are OK+ Water dispenser in the common room, also for hot or sparkling waterSuggestion: For longer stays, the breakfast should vary.Service not used, therefore no review.
