Wonderful restored farm house from 17th century in the heart of the pitoresque, beautiful village Hallenberg, located upwards on the hill next to the beautiful village church and market place

We were guests at Hof Hallenberg from June 23rd to 24th, 2024 and we were completely thrilled. The owners of the accommodation were incredibly friendly, everything was very clean and we didn't lack anything. We are really looking forward to the next time. Great bed and breakfast in a historic atmosphere. Rooms are simple, but of high quality and extremely tastefully furnished. We, three couples who are friends, are repeat offenders and have stayed here several times as part of a motorcycle tour, this time with a brewery tour. We were able to store motorcycles perfectly in a barn.

We stayed here for 2 nights to ski for 1 day in Winterberg. After a warm welcome by the hostess who had provided us with all kinds of information, we went to the apartment. A beautiful historic building with a lovely apartment on the top floor, large and clean with all the trimmings. We couldn't have asked for anything better, really perfect. 👌🏻 Would recommend this stay to everyone. There is an adjacent beer brewery where you can taste and there is plenty to do in the area. There is a charging station for electric cars in the street next door. Helga's Wafelhuis is highly recommended, as is the grill room. We would book at Hof Hallenberg again.

A very special atmosphere, spacious rooms, large bed with good mattresses and pillows, rarely slept so well in a hotel. Family atmosphere at breakfast and a very homely breakfast room. A small but nice boutique hotel! Again any time

We were totally thrilled by the beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the delicious breakfast and the extremely friendly service.Great start for hikes and mountain bike tours. Visiting the brewery next door is also a great experience. We'd love to come back!

I was thrilled by the loving restoration of the listed farm. There are many details from the original state.The room was very spacious and attractively furnished.The breakfast with regional products should also be mentioned positively.I would book again at any time.

Truly beautiful rooms in a very old building. Beautiful modern bathroom with spacious shower.Reception very friendly.Directly around the corner are 2 charging points for electric cars.Not suitable for children!

Basically very nice, everything is very simple, but quiet and relaxing!I personally didn't like the breakfast room, but everything was delicious except for the baked goods.

The Hallenberg farm is a real pearl. A listed building that has been perfectly restored.The rooms are large, really well furnished. The bathroom is modern and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything very clean.You feel comfortable from the moment you enter the room. And by the way, you're used to rooms like this in other price ranges.The service is really extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers everything you need and is personally prepared.Rating: unreservedly recommended.

Beautiful rooms with a great bathroom and the house offers a great breakfast. Hallenberg is really worth a trip. The associated brewery brews really delicious beer. Any time.

Great welcome by the hostess. We had booked for 3 nights to walk in the area. We received good information about the possibilities.The breakfast was well prepared. Local products and varied. The coffee was perfect!We had a large renovated room in the building. Nice shower and good beds.Upon arrival you will be asked to wear locks inside. This is also so as not to disturb other guests.A great stay for us and we would like to recommend it to others.

Very nice yard. Great rooms. Unfortunately, the floorboards creak extremely and are very annoying at night when guests walk around above you in the middle of the night. Therefore a room at the top is recommended. But that's probably also part of the charm of the old farm.Breakfast was okay, unfortunately no vegan alternatives, despite advance information when booking. So the only thing left was jam (assuming it was vegan? And fruit and vegetables. Unfortunately, the rolls were not fresh, but baked.
