Last weekend we spontaneously stayed overnight with the Lux family in the Posthof. We were traveling on our bikes and there was a communication problem with the accommodation we had actually booked, so we were directed to the Posthof from there. In the pouring rain, we rolled into the yard around 9 p.m., completely soaked. We were immediately welcomed very warmly. Unfortunately, the guest rooms were already fully booked. Ms. Lux first tried to book us another accommodation nearby by phone. But when it became clear that there were no more rooms available in the area, she spontaneously asked us to move into the apartment for her employees for one night. We gratefully accepted, as otherwise we would probably have spent the night outdoors. The apartment was quickly prepared and we fell into bed exhausted. After a quiet and pleasant night, we were served a delicious breakfast in the event hall, the old granary, before we rolled back out of the yard. The granary, the farm and the farm shop have been very tastefully renovated and furnished with attention to detail and you couldn't wish for better spontaneous hosts than the Lux family as a guest. We'd love to come back any time!

Was at a beer tasting event with accompanying culinary Hessian dishes. Great experience, loving, tasty, interesting.Rustic, cozy space, farm shop with regional delicacies.Great!

We were there for the beekeeping course. We were well provided with drinks and food. There is a great farm shop with its own and regional offerings.

Our wedding guests stayed there and were thrilled with the decor in the rooms. There is a nice little shop in the courtyard with delicious local products, as well as a nice selection of gifts!
