PURE PLEASUREWe had a family gathering here and were quite satisfied: Spacious, modern rooms, nice, attentive staff, very good, seasonal cuisine and a balanced breakfast buffet. There is only room for improvement when it comes to coffee and cappuccino, but that's not why I want to go stingy with the assessment. Thanks

Very good and owner-managed hotel. The restaurant has extremely good service and the food is just as good. Gladly again and next time also with swimming trunks for the pool :)

This is where other hotel operators should stop by and see how it should be done. There are hotels that try a lot and make a lot of effort, but simply don't manage to create a feeling of happiness in terms of atmosphere. FischerS does it.

We stayed at FischerS for 2 days and felt very comfortable there.The service was also very courteous and always friendly. Overall it seems very familiar which makes you feel very comfortable.We had the swimming pool to ourselves in the evening and really enjoyed it there. The rest of the spa area also looked very nice.Overall, there is no better hotel for a vacation in Kassel and you'll be happy to come back.

When I travel, I especially like to book hotels that have been passed down and run by a family for several generations.fischerS is this hotelRun by four generationsThe current proprietress does everything herself. Helping in the restaurant during breakfast and at the front desk during lunch. In the fashionable desert of Kassel, the boss lady herself is extremely fashionable.The guy at the front desk has strong white teeth.The hotel provides disposable slippers, cotton swabs and shoehorns. This is rare in Germany. There are free shoe shine machines on each floor. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are free to use.The rooms are large and clean.Highly recommend breakfast, 9.5€ per person, there are too many choices.The restaurant itself has a good menu. Homemade and salted bread before meal preparation, highly recommended. 11€ per jar.The hotel is right outside the tram stop and local attractions.Worth recommending

The Fischer S is a gem from Kassel. My room was very attractively designed, immaculate, bed very comfortable. However, there is no air conditioning, and since the rooms are soundproofed, some upgrades would be necessary. The entrance was a little tricky for a moment to drive in because I drove past it first😉 the reception at the reception was nice and uncomplicated.The fitness studio and spa area are small but nice, you feel comfortable.In the restaurant you can enjoy carefree, the dishes are lovingly and creatively prepared. The service staff is very friendly and approachable.An additional bar would round this off perfectly.Breakfast with everything your heart desires, including vegan options.I am pleased to have discovered another house that takes its welcoming mission seriously. As a business traveler who travels a lot in Germany, I really appreciate this. I am also particularly pleased that Ms. Fischer is continuing a tradition that has existed since 1879, something that you rarely find anymore.

Very nice short break in a great hotel with great service in the old home town of Kassel. Hotel room looked very new, modern styling, breakfast buffet great selection and quality and the food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent 👍. We would love to come back.

The Fischers is a very good hotel, rooms are well equipped but lack air conditioning, the service is excellent, all the staff are very courteous and very helpful. The wellness area is open from early in the morning until late in the evening. There is a very nice small swimming pool, sauna, relaxation areaTowels, bathrobes, showers, everything is there. The restaurant is excellent. We only had breakfast there, but the breakfast was really first class. There was everything your heart could desire, very good coffee, espresso cappuccino etc. all includedThe hotel is within walking distance of Wilhelmshöhe train station, about a 10-minute walk, but there is also a tram stop diagonally opposite

Our stay at the hotel was completely pleasant. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant, which really impressed us with its excellent cuisine. The modern and stylish furnishings of the hotel also contributed to our well-being.The location is ideal for trips to Hercules. Our room facing the street was a little noisier, but still cozy and well-equipped. Perhaps a price differentiation between the quieter courtyard rooms and the street view rooms would be a good idea.Overall, we felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, especially because of the great restaurant.

Personal, individual. You can tell that hoteliers put their heart and soul into their work: rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable, clean. A basket and bowls were waiting for my accompanying dog, which is far from common for paying four-legged friends. Good breakfast, attentive staff, barrier-free, free hotel parking, any requests are taken into account, food intolerances. Nice wellness area, everything was very clean. Ironing station in all corridors, tea/coffee station and mini bar in the rooms. Public transport right outside the door. That was really, really good 👍

It's unbelievable how much sensitivity and feeling for materials and interior has been modernized here. The quality and care of this property is second to none.
