It is not a hotel but a pure room rental. Price-performance is completely above average. No parking space, no TV or radio, WiFi extremely poor, mattresses that are much too soft, not even suitable for people with limited mobility. For me there is none second time. If I had wanted to go to the monastery, I would have booked there.When I think about all the curtains in the room, I feel sick. I think about how they are prepared.I could hear what was being said next door in my room, unbelievable.I don't understand the great reviews either, who puts them in?I relied on it! and was abandoned.

+ great location+ contactless service (checkin/checkout)+ room clean- bed. We stayed overnight for 3 days and unfortunately I couldn't sleep at all. The mattress had a huge dent and when I was lying down I had the feeling that my feet were 1m higher than the rest of my body, a no-go for older people/people with back problems

We were lucky and were able to book the “Heinrich Müller” room for one night via booking.com. We were able to store our bikes safely and the owner was immensely helpful and easy to reach by phone. There are contactless key safes with individual codes for the rooms. The restaurant on the ground floor has nothing to do with the accommodation.Our room was very comfortably furnished with a great box spring bed and no TV. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the room. The email communication, including regarding breakfast options, worked excellently.If I would stay in Fulda again, then only there. The location in the middle of the old town within walking distance of the cathedral, city palace, orangery and castle park with great restaurants within walking distance is outstanding.

We had a very spontaneous request at a late hour due to a car breakdown. Nevertheless, we were still given a room and were very kindly shown to the room by the owner by phone. This was very nicely decorated and very clean. The location is quiet, in the old town. Food options are all within walking distance. We were very satisfied and grateful for the short-term accommodation! We recommend.

The room we booked was nicely furnished and absolutely great for one night. It also had a great location. We were informed in writing that there was a step next to the bed in the room, but we forgot that when we arrived. The result: Shortly after entering the room, my wife lay in the corner of the room with a bruised arm. Unfortunately the stage was not marked in any way. For this reason the room rating.

A very nice, centrally located, old half-timbered house. We had a large room with a large bed and nicely decorated with matching old furniture. You feel very comfortable in the atmosphere.

We only stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable. The rooms are decorated in an old-fashioned style and also have very nice names. Unfortunately there is no reception and currently no breakfast here. You will receive a number code by email and this will give you access to the room. A good bakery for breakfast is 150m away.

The rooms are very nice, also in terms of furnishings. What I personally think is a little missing are radio and television. I have to expressly praise the breakfast lady here. Super friendly and tidy. I think the price of €10 per person is a bit too high. The only criticism, and not just from me, is that the boss seems to be a lovable slob. Therefore one point deducted.
