I was a guest with my son for the weekend.We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to park right in front.The hosts are very accommodating, you are looked after very well and if you have a question you will be helped straight away.Our boys even played together and had a lot of fun!The room was very clean, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable.We had a lot of fun in Kassel and when we come back we will definitely sleep here again!

Very centrally located, you can be in the city in just a few minutes. Apartment very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. I can really only recommend it

Since the room was offered as a basement (so practically in the basement...) it was accordingly. The view, either of the landlord's carport, or of an equally desolate supplier's drive. The bars on the windows took some getting used to. The room itself was clean and functional. However, the room was quite cold, and despite the radiator being set to 5 (a bit too small), it was only reasonably warm on the 2nd day. One of the windows was only partially closed (you could put your hand in without any problems..), but it couldn't be closed because there was no handle (..why not??...). The bathroom was very small. It was definitely not possible for two people to use it at the same time. Doorway too small (my partner, 1.76m, immediately hit his head bloody...), loose toilet seat, damp wall, radiator with plug (almost useless as it didn't manage to heat the room...) and slightly musty Smell, broken sink. There was probably a sink with a drain in the bedroom. This was only temporarily stuffed with paper. The background noise was a bit loud at times...probably because the landlord's laundry room was also in the basement.Reception (in jogging suits) and departure were completed in 1 minute. No information (WLAN password etc.). You quickly got the impression that quick money was being made here by renting... Service and customer friendliness are different.Plus point: the location was very close to the center. You could reach the city within 5 minutes on foot

When we arrived we first had to turn the heating up to full blast. It was colder in the house than outside.The toilet flush works very poorly. The control element is defective.Something else is unique!

A beautiful house. Easy to reach on foot from the main train station. Very friendly landlord. Great room and comfortable bed. The only thing I needed this morning was a hairdryer.

We had booked the basement apartment. Despite the basement, it was very bright and friendly. The room was small, but very tastefully decorated. Overall, everything seemed very comfortable, especially the bed. Unfortunately the bathroom was quite narrow. We couldn't close the shower door or we wouldn't have been able to get to the sink. You also had to ventilate pretty well after showering because the room was so small. Otherwise you wouldn't have been able to get the moisture out. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is possible to park on the property for a small fee. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly nice, friendly landlady! A bottle of water was provided to us. The location is also ideal for a city trip. Unfortunately, as far as I know, pets are not allowed.

The house is nice, but the arrangement inside are far from good for sleeping 6: there's only one full bathroom and one regular bedroom, the other bed is in the dining room, right next to the dining table and an extensible couch in a room that can barely fit it (the door barely opens enough to squeeze through it when the couch is extended). It could be a good place for 2 adults + 2 small children, but not for more.
