Surprisingly good, surprisingly relaxing. Very good food and very good service. You step out of the hotel and are immediately in nature. Also ideal with a dog. We'll be back.

Very nice, stylish old hotel with great staff. The hotel and complex are mostly in good condition, our room was recently renovated and well equipped.Pool was okay, we didn't use the wellness area. The food in the morning and evening was plentiful and well prepared, so there was nothing to complain about.Overall, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine and I can recommend it with a clear conscience. For a top rating, the details would also have to be right, such as broken chairs in the outdoor area and on balconies, or outdated windows in the dining room where the handles were missing and you were sitting on the train while eating.Suggestion for improvement: The beer selection in the restaurant is too small. There are some good regional breweries in the area around the hotel. Industrial pilsner and wheat do not meet the standards of your hotel.

We had a very relaxing weekend at the Hotel Badehof. The breakfast was varied and fresh. At peak times it got quite crowded and loud in the wellness area, but for the most part it was pleasant and very relaxing. Anyone staying here should definitely treat themselves to a massage. We were very excited. My back pain has disappeared. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice service and employees. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean except for a little dust, otherwise everything is great. The entrance is like before, very old-fashioned and beautiful. Wellness area is very small. It's fine to chill out for 1-2 hours in the evening and go to the sauna for a bit. The swimming pool is not deep and not very interesting. The food on the first evening was not that great, but on the second evening it was very tasty. Breakfast was even better. The bar is really nice and really great. Overall it was really nice. For older people and people who enjoy peace and quiet and also like to go hiking and switch off for a bit, it's really great. For people who want to be a little more in the wellness area, it's a little boring.

I booked my single room for one night very spontaneously and at short notice just to travel through. This turned into two lovely days of wellness in a very quiet place and with a sensational breakfast. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired, there is even a waffle iron. The scrambled eggs were freshly mixed - not with powder to mix, as is usual in the hotel industry. Everything is fresh, even the jams were all homemade. The clean single room was very quiet in the attic with a large bathroom (window) and a very comfortable bed. Thanks to the housekeeping ladies Sandra and Sasha, who even brought things after me when I checked out.The younger of the lovely ladies at the front office was very flexible and held my room for me for another night until I could decide. The late check out (6 p.m.) cost €60, but I was happy to pay the €22 difference for breakfast.I was also loaned an umbrella. The spa is very nice, everything is available in the sauna area. Relaxing music? The hotel lobby is a bit spooky. Something is missing. Jazz, for example. Seating options like before (see photo). Plant. More light. Art?See you soon ❤️

We were very happy to be guests and enjoyed our time.Just relax and don't have to do anything. That's how it should be and that's how it was. However, to be honest, we expected the standard to be that way, there's nothing special about it.I expect this to be a normal gesture from a renowned hotel company. In terms of standard, the paint is a bit off and the facility itself needs investment for renovation. From experience, the hotel has simply stood there for 3-4 years and lacks innovations. The location is great but the surrounding area looks neglected, there is a change going on that is going in the wrong direction. The Corona pandemic is certainly having an impact. It shouldn't seem intimidating, but I think every corner and edge is being cut and saved. That's a bit of a shame and could also be the wrong impression I've gained in such a short time. The advertising also suggests, without exception, luxury and comfort like 5 years ago; hence a snapshot. All in all, the paint is a bit off...
