Clean room, points are deducted because the room was freezing cold at 3 degrees Celsius outside, no heating option, for 124 EUR/2d I don't want to stay in the room with an outdoor jacket.

The hotel is currently being renovated and we had no hot water. Unfortunately, no one at reception was able to help us and we didn't get a discount either. That wasn't so accommodating. But the room was clean.

The hotel is located in the middle of the industrial area and has its own parking lot. The second floor is currently being renovated, I had a new room on level 3.Everything was clean and great, I can only recommend it.In addition to the double bed, there was also a small desk in the room, which was very useful.The reception is staffed until 10 p.m. and you can also buy snacks and drinks here. Supermarkets and shops can also be found a few minutes away by car.From 6:30 a.m. there was breakfast, everything as it should be.

Acceptable for one night, otherwise there is better. Although WiFi and air conditioning are in the room description, neither works. I have my own mattress and bedding with me on the bed, as well as an electric cool box since there is no refrigerator. That's how low quality works.

When I arrived at night there was no one at the reception, I had to make the reservation through the machine and the code didn't work, so I had to wait in the corridor until the morning until someone came and didn't open the door for me, then I slept for an hour and when I came back in the evening they wanted a new reservation for triple the price and when I asked if it was okay, they said yes, thank you, never again after this experience

Highly recommended as an overnight stop for a stopover during a longer trip. Very well located near the motorway. Very good price/performance ratio. Rooms very clean but no longer the newest😅.

The rooms were dirty, when I moved the curtain, dust fell from it, there were stains on the carpet, and the lamp didn't work. The bathroom is very strange, not a separate room, but a cabin built into the room. Toilet dirty. And above all, completely different photos on the Internet and different ones in real life.

Attention. The photos on Google and booking.com show a completely different facility. Before booking, I advise you to check google streetview.Advantages: free parking, quiet neighborhood, close to the center, friendly staff...Cons: old and worn-out hotel, dirty floor coverings, dirty curtains and window coverings.

For B&B below standard because it is outdated, it is currently being renovated. Fine for my purposes!Unfortunately room service didn't change the towels. Parking lot too small, but otherwise good location (industrial area).

I used to go to this hotel before it changed from ibis hotels to B&B and I must say it was much better before. I booked using booking and payés there too for the rooms without the breakfast. At the reception when I arrived I was told I haven’t payed. The receptionist also booked 4 breakfasts but in the morning I was told only 2 breakfasts were booked. There were so many problems with my booking. The rooms were average the lights in the bathroom were a bit broken as they kept on flickering. This hotel was much better before it changed its company im afraid I may have to change to a different one.

Construction work currently in the hotel. Drilling took place from 4:00 p.m. and from 8:15 a.m. in the morning.Breakfast goes like this. Reserved two beds but didn't get them.Will stay at the B&B Hotel Kassel Süd again next time.

The worst overnight stay of my life. Big black flies in the dirty room, which smelled like cheap aftershave. A loud hum from an electrical device all night long. There was unparalleled noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. Even my dog was disgusted. Completely exhausted, we just wanted to leave in the morning. Our complaint was not taken seriously.

If you realy need to save money. You don't care about cleanliness of a room, then that is a hotel exactly for you. The personel barely handle to communicate in English. The breakfast is simply poor, the parking space is not enough for all the guests. Definately for your safety and comfort recommend to avoid this place.
