Beautifully located campsite on the Templiner Canal. From here we cycled through Berlin and Potsdam. Everything is easy to reach.

We stayed on the site with our caravan for 4 days (mid-October).The place itself is perfectly fine as a place to stay overnight, only the nearby motorway is clearly audible all night long and is constantly busy all night long.If you have free choice of space, you can choose something nice in the morning, but in the evening the parking spaces by the water and near the sanitary building are often taken...The sanitary rooms are already very cool and clean in autumn.The smell still works for the women, but it was probably very unpleasant for the men...The toilet was clean, the washing areas so well...There could be more storage space in the showers, there are only hooks, no bench or anything like that.The reception staff were always friendly and check-in was quick and easy.ATTENTION: ONLY CASH PAYMENT POSSIBLEThe distance to the city was okay for us, but there isn't really any details...We drove to Nikolassee because of the kids. There are several free parking spaces on the streets around, wherever there was free space, and then took the S-Bahn to the center.These came every 10 minutes even on Sunday evenings, absolutely great!Our conclusion: for a few days as a city trip to Berlin or Potsdam with a caravan, it's completely okay and all cheaper than 4 in the Hotel & Co.More difficult to connect with a motorhome or campervan.NOT A LUXURY CAMPSITE, practical but nice view on the water ;)

We were very disappointed with the place. Unfortunately, not much for a lot of money. Very uneven places, with lots of roots, some completely worn out and the mole is on the move.The places by the water are very popular. The highway can be heard constantly.The sanitary facilities smell very strong, are cold and the water was only lukewarm for showering. Unfortunately no storage space, absolutely not up to date. Luckily we were able to leave early.

Very nice place on the canal. Good connection to the city. The toilets could be cleaner. Toilet paper was not replenished in the four days we were there. It's very strict, especially in the morning. There is a beer garden and a bread roll service

Absolutely unfriendly. It was a simple request for supplies and disposal. I was told that the bosses don't want something like that. This is not how you build customer friendship.

Beautifully located on the water, everything else is easily and quickly accessible by car.I can't afford to judge on foot. Opportunities for many walks. Beer garden on site, the food tastes great. Great for campers. The hotel is also very good and quiet.

Reachable very quickly from the motorway. Connection to Berlin center by bus and then from Wannsee by S-Bahn approx. 1 hour.Free choice of seating, of course most people want to stand directly on the canal...Sanitary average but clean. Lots of tourists who want to see Berlin, so there is constant change. Fine for a few days to visit Berlin and Potsdam. However, I wouldn't want to spend a long time there

An ideal starting point for sightseeing in Berlin. Great location right on the water, clean sanitary buildings and super nice staff.Very good value for money.We immediately felt comfortable 😀.Breakfast is also offered and there is free WiFi.

The only positive thing about this campsite is the location on the river, and perhaps also the bar (not tried). For the rest it has many defects: there are no pitches and above all payment is only in cash. You can't be camping in Berlin and not take cards (or allow a bank transfer). It's not cheap either, so I had to spend three days with too much money on me. Another thing I would like to point out is that on the website they write that it is only 15 kilometers by bike to reach the center of Berlin, in reality it is more than twenty.

Despite the holiday and the campsite being fully booked, we luckily got a place for one night. Unfortunately we couldn't have extended it. Everything you need is available and nice staff. We would like to come back at any time.

Very nice little campsite with nice operators in a great location.I'd love to come back.A small downside: unfortunately there is no small shop for baked goods, drinks etc. If that were still available then it would definitely be 5 stars.

Very friendly staff, free choice of where to stand, we are right on the canal, nice beer garden, the landlord (Italian) is very friendly, makes a good pizza, priced from 11 euros to 2.50 p.m., decent sanitary facilities

Only applies to the campsite.Actually very nicely located right on the canal, but most of the area feels more like a parking space than a campsite because the motorhomes are packed close together. Sanitary ok, nice that you get bread rolls in the morning.I found the communication with me as a customer remarkable. When I called the day before arrival to find out whether you could get something to eat there (in my opinion it wasn't visible on the homepage), I was told whether this was a serious question and that you could google it.When I arrived on site, it was absolutely unfriendly (although at least matter-of-fact) and the second man at reception the following day also became annoyed when I asked for money to be changed because the very friendly lady at the rolls couldn't yet give out the rolls.I also find the fact that only cash payment is possible to be more than antiquated.The operator of the beer garden and the bread lady were great, the gentlemen at the reception unfortunately seemed out of place in the tourism industry with their behavior. We didn't feel welcome here.

Spartan campsite, the best spaces are by the river and everyone chooses the place they want, clean bathrooms. Berlin is a little far away, you walk for 3 km to the bus that takes you to the S-Bahn that reaches the center.
