Nice campsite with super friendly operators, where you can have a delicious snack in the bistro in the evening at a fair price and you can also get information about the local schnapps😉The space is of a pleasant size, electricity and water are included.Sanitary rooms clean and well maintained

The campsite was nice and well located, but far too expensive even though we had ACSI cards. We also couldn't get any wifi to work.

Had a wonderful meal on site in the small restaurant, there was someone from the field! The CP manager couple, who have been responsible since December 2023, also runs this small restaurant. The places are partly gravelled. A golf course in the immediate vicinity. We were passing through here and will remember this place. We felt very comfortable! Good and clean sanitary building.

Camping Hünfeld impresses not only with its idyllic location and cleanliness, but also with its extremely uncomplicated and flexible organization. We called the campsite late in the evening and the booking went smoothly. Even though it was already late, we were offered a place straight away - without any hassle or stress. The employee was extremely friendly and told us not to worry and to arrive in peace. This relaxed and accommodating behavior underlines how much attention is paid to the well-being and satisfaction of the guests.This flexibility and the courteous service make the Hünfeld campsite a particularly pleasant place. Regardless of whether you plan well in advance or arrive spontaneously - the uncomplicated process ensures that your stay is stress-free right from the start.

Good CP to explore the area. Fulda 16 mkm away. Super nice operator. Clean medical facilities. Camper lounge available. Enjoy your meal. Something for everyone. Golf club within walking distance.

When you arrive at the site, it is not clearly indicated where you should report. Our arrival was late and the restaurant indicated that it was closed. It was not clear from the text that the restaurant was meant. we thought the campsite was closed. we tried to turn but ended up at the campsite. the boss of the campsite came to our car, heavily overheated and snorting. he was beyond reason and very unsympathetic. we were unceremoniously expelled from the campsite. the woman's boss went the extra mile by calling out to us. of course it was not the intention to stay at the campsite illegally.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were planning on staying for 3 nights until we realized that we had to pay €47.50 per night with 2 people, a bus camper and a dog! We thought that was very expensive for an average, neat campsite! The woman at reception was also annoyed that we left early. Now she had to make a new calculation. Good lesson, better pay attention in advance.

Very nice place design. Quiet near a small lake. Also good as a transit point. Accessible until 10 p.m. (registration the next day). The key to the sanitary building was stored in a wooden box. Clean sanitary facilities.A small negative point is that WiFi was free, but was rejected by my browser for security reasons and the bread roll service consisted of baked rolls. It may be different in the high season.The restaurant was closed, so no rating was possible. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant on the golf course (service is like this) and a more upscale restaurant by the lake with corresponding prices.All in all, we would love to come hiking again.

We were passing through and found a RV parking space there. Knau's places are quite expensive, as is a parking space, but the dinner was very good.

We recently visited the Knaus campsite in Hünfeld and were very satisfied. The place is extremely well maintained and the sanitary facilities are clean, which is particularly important to us. There is a pleasant silence at night, which makes the stay very relaxing.A special plus is the bread roll service in the morning and the small Berger shop, which has everything you need. The operating team is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome straight away.The location is also very practical as the motorway is not far away, which also makes the place ideal for an overnight stay. If you just want to switch off, this is the right place for you.We'll definitely be back!

Very nice/quiet campsite right next to the A7. Friendly welcome and a nice restaurant within a 5-minute walk.Normally I'm not much of a review writer, but now I am. To get to this campsite it is very important to follow the signs. It is very well indicated there. You go through the forest via Google Maps and that is very unpleasant with the caravan.We had a nice overnight stay. A beautiful field and clean and tidy sanitary facilities.
