Caution! You can hardly find worse accommodation in Berlin: dirt, defects, construction defects and mismanagement everywhere. Apparently neglected people, homeless people and drug people are admitted here by the authorities - the 'guests' are correspondingly dirty, loud and aggressive and, by the way, they have the best support due to the incompetence of the management.

Definitely avoid this hostel. Attacks on women/girls can occur in the mixed rooms. The support of the staff is not to be expected.

Warning!!! Women/girls are accommodated in men's rooms, although other rooms are available. These include men who are abusive and sexually harassing. The owners tolerate this. We had this experience and can only warn every woman/girl not to book here. Even this one star is too many, but otherwise I can't get rid of this warning.

The hostel was pretty dirty. The showers are an absolute nightmare. Broken and dirty. When you go to the toilet, you stand in other people's urine. The kitchen stinks and the entire impression was absolutely inhumane. You shouldn't ask for money for this.Even Berlin homeless shelters have a better standard.

Bed bugs, blood stains on bed, pills under the bed, everything rancid on the whole. It's a wonder this hovel hasn't been closed yet. When we asked to get the money back because, on the one hand, we did not use the service and, on the other hand, there was a heavy parasite infestation, the "request" was denied by the service. I think the pictures and reviews that have already been written speak for themselves.

DO NOT BOOK!!The hygiene condition is catastrophic, this hostel should be closed immediately. We brought home bed bugs here and had to pay 2,000 euros for the exterminator...

Friendly staff, but otherwise very bad. Few lockers, a lot of noise, stinks of smoke, bathrooms dirty and the general condition of the hostel is poor.

Avoid this place, it's cheap but still not a good time.Most aspects to the business are broken from windows to sinks.Not a comfortable experience.I would suggest only if on a tiny budget (really tiny)

Very nice, helpful and polite staff. Affordable prices and nice location.However there is a little issues with hygiene only in the WC. They also have a single or double room. And for cheap prices they have very large dorms of 8 beds. Specific place for eating, smoking, showers etc. All type of Caffè is just 50 cents only. I asked and they have a discount for longer stays. I can recommend it.
