Easy walking distance from the train station. The Altstadthotel Treysa is something very special: Small hotel in a very beautiful little half-timbered house in the old town of Treysa. The service was great and mega👏.

A junior suite was booked and we only got a double room that was much too small. In addition, no one was available by phone or in person to correct the error or help us in any way. There was no real insight either. This was a shame because the hotel itself makes a nice impression.

Beautiful hotel located in the center of the old town of Treysa opposite the Church of the Dead. The historic building was extensively renovated and converted into a modern hotel, while the history and atmosphere of the house have been lovingly preserved. The rooms are very comfortable, functional, modern and in top condition. The same goes for the really beautifully designed, very modern bathrooms. Check-in is easy, the breakfast with local specialties and other delicacies is more than sufficient and very lovingly arranged and served. Everything you need is there to start your day happy and satisfied or to have a great stay in Treysa.

I can only agree with the good reviews. Really nice, cozy half-timbered house in the city center.Breakfast not with a gigantic quantity/selection; But that's not necessary when the quality is so excellent.Service very good, I had a nice stay.I can't see the parking situation because it's not relevant - but it could be trickier
