Very nice environment, perfect staff. Free parking, pool, ample breakfast. The terrace was perfect. We will stay here again next time.

Friendly, very caring owners. Rooms modernized, building basically has the opulent charm of the 80s in many places. Breakfast buffet OK. Nice location, quiet with a view from the room at the front.

Friendly and helpful staff, even if you don't speak German, they will provide translation via mobile phone. Indicated restaurant and reservations. Swimming pool available. We passed in transit to return to Italy by motorbike, but we will return because we had a great time.

Nice hotel, room was renovated. Beds great, everything clean.Service staff very friendly. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside and needs to be renovated.There were a few things that weren't great, and we reported this to the staff. Let's see if this is better on our next visit.

Good and quiet location. Friendly staff. Free pool 24/7.Nice terrace. Extensive breakfast.Facilities seem outdated. Very warm as there is no air conditioning. Parking spaces very tight.

Definitely the worst hotel we have vacationed in in Germany so far.Starting with the rooms, which were dirty when we moved in and had an unpleasant smell.There was a strong smell of either chlorine or food throughout the building.We also expected a little more from the breakfast buffet and it is definitely an absurdity that as a guest you have to clear your own dishes.The staff made a very unprofessional impression to me (hardly understood or spoken German).Parking spaces at the hotel are very limited, we often had to use a hiking parking lot because we couldn't get a parking space at the hotel itself.I think the hotel is totally overpriced, the only positive thing about this holiday was the beautiful location of the hotel.

Our room wasn't super modern, but it was spacious, clean and well-kept. The bed seemed new and was great. Good breakfast, friendly service, great location - recommended.

We were there for 4 days. From the outside it looks old and could be better maintained. The room was old fashioned but very clean. It was a nice size and we also had a terrace. The swimming pool was nice, you often had it to yourself. There were enough towels available. Unfortunately the smell of chlorine was throughout the house. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a large selection available. It varied a little every day. Unfortunately, the tables always stuck because the service staff didn't save on the cleaner. Well-intentioned tip: Put the sugar away when cleaning, as the spray mist goes into the sugar duster.There was free parking at the house.

Overall, the hotel is cool 👍🏻 maybe its glory days are behind it, but it is clean, fragrant and comfortable. The pool is even large and you can swim in warm water. Breakfast typical for German hotels of this class. Very friendly service. Only television like light drama 🥴 one channel and it's bad 🤦Overall, I sincerely recommend this hotel, it is adequate to the price 👍🏻

The hotel is very quiet next to a mountain. The man at the reception is nice and helpful. The breakfast is okay, there is Nutella and waffles, lots of delicious things to choose from. The breakfast room is nicely decorated. The light in the indoor pool doesn't work properly, it flickers all the time, and unfortunately the pool is far too cold. The rooms are okay too, only the bathroom is way too small and the walls are as thin as in America, so you can hear everything that's going on outside. The bathroom is actually nice and clean. There is a TV in the room. The windows should be renovated. The balcony is great because you have a view of the big mountain.

Unfortunately, the company sent me here.Just a quick remark!Breakfast is only available from 8am and to be honest it is a bit meagerThere is not always hot waterWhen cleaning the room, only a floor cloth and a towel are replaced, nothing moreThe room and the hotel don't smell good (stinky would be an exaggeration)The only thing that's good so far is the WiFi reception but that's it

Nice hotel in a quiet yet central location in Pfronten.The boss is friendly and helpful.The breakfast is extensive, the rooms are tidy and comfortable.Really recommended for this price range.

We're not really happy. The housekeeper is very unfriendly. Rooms should supposedly be made by hanging the door hanger outside on the door. Nothing was done except the trash cans were emptied. No beds were made, no bathroom was cleaned, there was probably no vacuuming, or at least not properly, nothing.Black mold is growing in the shower area.The TV system doesn't really deliver either.We are sorry, but this was the first and last time we stayed in this accommodation.For €120 per night including breakfast you can expect/get a little more service.We do not recommend this hotel.But the young man is okay.
