Unfortunately it was very dirty and the trash cans hadn't been emptied. Used towels were hanging in the bathroom.Knocked through broken, no smoke detector. No privacy screen in the bathroom. Clogged drain in the bathroom (sink) and loud noises all night long. No staff, no restaurant

We travel a lot but this stay was the worst. Booked a room for 5 people, got a room for 4 people (no one to talk to or ask for a different room). The self check-in was broke (tried to call both phone numbers several times, still got no answer). We had to find an other way in. Could enter the room two hours later after a long travel day. The room was not ready yet (no window decoration and unfinished wall sockets..). Tried to get in touch with the hotel for over 1 week now, no response yet. Please get in contact with us to solve this unpleasent experience. Thank you.

MinusUnfortunately, the room and the hotel are getting old. Cleanliness is not the top priority here. On the first day, dirty bed linen from other rooms was thrown down the stairwell. The stairwell was then full of laundry and it was hardly possible for us to walk past it with the children.The shower tray almost overflowed after a short shower.The advertised snack machine was almost empty and the last 2 drinks were very warm and expired for a year.A streaming provider was also advertised here, which didn't work either.Unfortunately the room was not cleaned the next day, as written.PlusThe accommodation is very central and you even have the option of parking in front of the door.Uncomplicated self check in/check out.If you don't have any requirements, it's probably okay here for us with children, unfortunately not.

The family room does not correspond to the photos, it is a renovated building, with irregular corridors, a bit gloomy. Bathroom with tiny door, broken sink, shower drain does not drain, dirty screen, the cistern had little power. In general, poor hygiene, dirty corners, and since there is no reception, these complaints cannot be resolved immediately. The positive, the bedding and linens were clean. And it is in the center of town.

After having the reservation 2 months in advance, when I check in at 9 pm they inform me that there has been a problem and the hotel is full. (They didn't even have the decency to call before) they cancel the reservation so they can relocate me to another hotel, Q is 20 minutes away by car, there are no rooms for 4 people (like I had booked in the first hotel). I demand that they place me in 2 rooms since we are 4 people. All this 1 hour after the time of arrival at the original hotel, with 2 small children soaked by the rain and the lack of language, since Casio spoke English. I paid the price I had reserved at the first hotel (I refused to pay more) and on top of that now they refuse to pay the rest to the hotel that wanted to take us in and let us go without paying the total for the 2 rooms. Since the town center is currently completely closed, the hotel could only be reached via long detours. The first impression was very sobering. Unfortunately the second one too. The hotel is very old. An attempt was made to modernize using simple means. The room was far too small for 4 people. You couldn't turn around in the bathroom. The bath mat was riddled with holes. There was a water bottle from our predecessors under the bed. So I doubt whether this was cleaned thoroughly. The room has a strange smell. That was probably our last visit.

Located in the middle of the (old) town. Parking spaces were also available. Breakfast in the nearby bakery was good. Only the snack machine was not filled.

No obvious dirt. Towels, bedding, shower products and soap were provided. I would have liked to have known beforehand that there were a few parking spaces in front of the hotel for hotel guests. Instead, we drove across town looking for a parking space. The location is ok if you can sleep with noise. There was a concert on the market square, it was like being on stage. Cars came by all night long and at 4 am the market square was filled with market stalls. Not exactly quiet either.You can darken the windows well with curtains. Window can be fully opened so that air can come in.Bathroom is huge, room is very large. The floor is incredibly sloping and crooked. But it's good for sleeping.Check-in at the machine worked perfectly.Can't complain overall.

Perfect for a staycation. We had the family suite and apart from a small refrigerator, which would have been nice, we didn't miss anything. Easy with self-check-in & out. Clean and tidy.

Not nearly as bad as some reviews. Check-in via the counter went smoothly, the room was nicely cleaned in some corners. Good location, not noisy when windows are closed. Really ok for one or 2 nights.

Beware of fraud. Rooms are allocated twice. Far too small for families. Emergency number only tried successfully after 73. Suggested solution: you should leave the hotel immediately.!!! Police were on site. Guest donor is not corporate. No elevator and lots of tripping hazards in the hallways. Not recommended.
