Terrible. No one cleans the rooms

After the first emotions have been put aside, I would like to try to evaluate it as objectively as possible, but that will be very difficult.Unfortunately, this accommodation cannot be recommended in any way and I don't understand anyone who rated it as a recommendation after me or shortly before. Even if I have adjusted to a low-budget level, I can and must expect to get a clean and safe room, regardless of the price. I travel a lot in a variety of accommodations a year (around 15 - 20 hotels up to 5 stars) but this is one of the worst I've ever stayed in, and I'm talking about more than 80 accommodations.But first, let’s talk about the positive.The check-in went without any problems. There are enough parking spaces. Large rooms.Now to the negative side, I'm still thinking about whether I should contact the authorities about this or at least report it to DEHOGA. Even if this company is definitely not a member there.1. Where the previous guests are more to blame but the cleaner, if the place even exists, could have cleaned it up, cold smelly cigarette smoke.2. A moldy bathroom ceiling and shower stall. This certainly wasn't just a week ago and must have been noticed long ago by good staff.3. Serious hygienic deficiencies in the bathroom. The toilet hasn't been cleaned for a while, as you can see from the bottom edge of the toilet seat, there were still feces residues on it. Heavy urine stone on the toilet floor. Bathroom walls and doors smeared.4. Door seals on the entrance door are torn out.5. There are residues of crushed mosquitoes and spiders on the walls, ceilings and curtains throughout the room. And I don't mean one or two. At a quick count there were around 11 - 13 impressions.6. Cigarette burn holes in the desk.7. And that is the real reason why I would like to have this accommodation temporarily closed. Despite the obvious fire risk in the past, no smoke/fire detector was installed, which is required by law and is more than important in a building like this.Conclusion:Even though I only stayed here for one night, I noticed so many things that I forgot about the sagging mattress.My tip is to spend the extra 15 euros and move to a neighboring hotel. The risk is simply too great. Even if it looks like another hotel in the chain is opening right next door, the same staff and management will be responsible here. And if you look at all the previous negative reviews, the management deliberately ignores these defects and doesn't want to spend any more money on even the smallest repairs. In addition, the staff and management must be accused of gross negligence when it comes to safety. The fires give enough reason to close the shop for a while.

Booked online, arrived on site but check-in was not possible. We called the hotline and after a long wait we were told that the hotel was unfortunately overbooked. We were then allowed to continue driving…

A little noise from the surroundings, but it served its purpose✌️

We can only recommend, the price-quality-performance ratio is great. It is ideal as a place to sleep, there is also a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer and a view of the cornfield:) parking right in front of the rooms, we will definitely use it.

Self check-in very practicalneat and clean rooms

- Actually check-in was 4 p.m., arrived at 4:30 p.m., room not ready yet- 5:30 p.m. we were able to go in: trash can full, toilet dirty, toothbrush container dirty- Overall the condition of the room is unacceptable, no matter how cheap it is- The corners are rotting, the drains stink (the joints and the ceiling in the bathroom are moldy)- Bedding with holes- Silverfish everywhere- Fire alarm removed and cannot be found- TV didn't work- On the day of departure (by 10 a.m. checkout) you will simply knock twice at 9 a.m. and at 9:15 a.m. (??????)Despite low expectations, we were disgusted and cleaned the whole room ourselves...

We have used this hotel several times on trips to the south. So far, everything has always gone without problems, including opening the room (you only get a code). It includes an equipped kitchen, where you can prepare breakfast. You can also go to Mindelsheim (approx. 15 minutes walk). The hotel is right next to the highway, so there is no need to get off somewhere. If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep, this hotel is ideal.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty (curtains were the worst, brown stains or something brown stuck to them)The bathroom was still the cleanest. As well as the beds were clean (luckily)Otherwise the room was furnished okay, small kitchenette and refrigerator that was okay and so far clean.It was a very cheap hotel, easily accessible and check-in worked perfectly. Therefore still 3 stars overall.
