My husband and I had an excellent meal here today.Once onion roast with spaetzle and salad and once pork schnitzel "Viennese style", fries and salad.The plates were beautifully presented and the food was freshly prepared and nice and hot.The waiter (presumably the boss?) was very friendly and nice.The chef also waved friendly from the kitchen.The restaurant is very cozy and rustically furnished. We really liked it and would definitely recommend it.

Walked in at 6:45 PM, ordered food and drinks. Drinks came fairly quickly, but food we had to wait longer than 2 hours. In the meantime we get salad, after about 1.5 hours of waiting, to keep us satisfied. We were with a 2-year-old child and sat outside on the terrace because everything inside was full at that time. If we knew that after complaining three times we would only receive our food after 9 p.m., we would not have sat there, but unfortunately... Finally the food was tasty, but not worth waiting for.

We had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for a Wiener Schnitzel...The reason: we only have 2 chefs... that shouldn't have been a problem if advance notice was given. Expectation management...We were told sorry, but if you really want to be customer-friendly and improve customer expectations, you could have offered something. For example, a free drink or something small.Too bad, but not for us anymore. Annoying experience unfortunately

We went to eat. There is only 1 menu for 2....we don't have enough! The food was tasty but the service was slow and the wrong drinks were also served.

Super nice staff (the young man postponed our overnight stay 2 malls for different nights). The rooms are big enough and clean. I don't like German cuisine, but the restaurant surprised me positively. I'm a critical person, but couldn't find Feller. Then 10 from me :)

Great location. beautiful rooms in a historic house that has been lovingly prepared. Elevator is still under construction. Not for people who can't climb stairs!! Breakfast was exceptionally good, fresh fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lots of choice. Beautiful arrangement and nice space on the ground floor. The terrace on the first floor of the restaurant is very nice and the restaurant is also very rustic inside. But we only liked some of the food. Onion roast not recommended. There are enough parking spaces outside the city walls within walking distance.

I was here for dinner with my family, that's why the recession is for the restaurant.So firstly, on a positive note, the restaurant still has its charm and flair. However, the kitchen has suffered since the change in ownership. It's not bad, but you have to be measured. I had the onion roast. When we ordered “Medium rare” and asked twice, this was also assured. Meat was cooked through to slightly pink. Side dishes tasted (subjectively) like they had been bought - spaetzle. The meat cut was unusual. That's why it's still a good 3 stars.

We stayed there for 2 nights, our room 8 was on the top floor under the roof, which was no joy when it was over 30 degrees. When we asked for a room change, the answer was “it will be better when the sun is gone”. We didn't sleep at all for one night and barely slept the second because the room heated up so much during the day. We moistened our shower towels a little and laid them on ourselves to cool off a bit. The room also has a (useless for us) large, room-length skylight facing the hallway, <- in which the light comes on when other guests walk there, even if there was only 1 other room on this hallway.The toilet has a “cutter” connected that, after flushing, starts doing its work several times so loudly that it wakes up your roommate at night. The bathroom would also be happy about a “house cleaning”. We waited in vain for room service the next day, which when we asked was answered with “there are workmen in the house, everything is different today”. We at least wanted fresh towels as they were still damp from the night. These were given to us.Conclusion: If you are over 25', definitely avoid a room under the attic and look at the rooms beforehand.Plus point: Breakfast and dinner were really very good.

We went to the restaurant for dinner as a group. Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer due to many guests that day.The food was very good and the price/performance was absolutely right!Basically the prices for food and drinks are very good.The rooms are comfortable.If I were in the area again I would definitely come back.Absolute recommendation!
