It started with the arrival; The address given where we were supposed to pick up the key was incorrect, so I walked around the city center for about 15 minutes looking. When I finally found the place where I was supposed to get the key, it turned out that the baby bed I had asked for wasn't available at first and then was available but would cost an extra charge.Basically okay if it is stated in advance. The parking lot, which was said to be only 100 meters away, was actually a few hundred meters further away - you could have parked closer without paying for it.After a walk, the somewhat flippant (wearing a bum bag across his chest) but nice young man dismissed me to the apartment where the third bed had just been dismantled (the dingy sofa, the bedding was in the bed drawer) and that Travel cot was upgraded for the baby. The apartment is above the Woolworth in the city center; There is no lock on the entrance door on the ground floor, so anyone can come and go.The stairwell is absolutely rotten. The narrow hallway on which the apartments are located is rancid, separated only by an unlocked door. The doors are lightweight, only close with effort and must be locked otherwise they cannot be closed. The floor of the apartment is made of vinyl, already broken in some places and not clean. The kitchen furnishings are shabby, there are stains on the walls, the faucet drips, the washing machine is completely dirty. The cupboards are thrown together, there are leftover food in the ice compartment that is completely icy over, some of the lamps are hanging out of the ceiling and the smoke detector is missing. The sofa, which serves as the third bed, is so dirty that you can't even sit on it with clothes on.The bedroom desperately needs a new coat of paint and drying; There are streaks and scratches everywhere on the walls, the paint is peeling off in some places, you can only get to the socket next to the bed if you try hard because the bed is so close to the wall. The bed itself was comfortable, the bedding (covers) was fresh. The bathroom is relatively new, although unfortunately no attention is paid to cleanliness here; The shower stool next to the shower is completely worn out, the fittings are calcified, there is dust and hair behind the glass shower partition, the lamps on the broken mirror do not work, a piece has broken out of the bathroom door. When checking out I asked a lady about these things: she just told me 'yes, I know... and pass it on'. So I seem to be far from the first guest to make such a complaint about defects.I have to say that I have never (!) had such a bad night's sleep for so much money - and to be honest: the €35 “cleaning fee” that you have to pay is certainly not invested in cleaning the accommodation.Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend booking here.

Why do you reserve a parking space when you are then told, no, there are no more there, park 3 streets away! impudence...

I stayed here on a cycling trip. There is currently no staff on site in the building. There is a telephone at the entrance and within 5 minutes someone was here to let us in and carry out the check-in.The room under the attic only had one opening window to the roof. The window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. Since we had to sleep with the window open due to the temperature, condensation dripped from the window into the bed at night. Little, but awakening. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room seemed to have too much/the wrong furniture for its size to make good use of the available space.

The location in the middle of the old town is great, but rooms in the attic without opening windows are also rented. A 3.50m high roof hatch can be opened with a bar. But no one knows where the pole went. The reception is unmanned. Multiple requests for a callback were ignored. The service is a disaster.

We had a room in the attic without a window; the skylight could be opened but not locked. The existing air conditioning unit was completely unsuitable so that we felt very uncomfortable at high temperatures. The furniture consists of cheap furniture and the workmanship of the room also suggests that the work was unprofessional. It's a shame that I had already paid 4 weeks ago, otherwise I would have canceled. The only plus point is the proximity to the old town. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel.

Breakfast is not provided at the hotel. Paid parking is a 7-minute walk from the hotel, and everything would be fine if it weren’t for the rain. We came across a room with one window on the roof, which could not be opened during the rain; we were suffocating.

It was very clean and I always had someone to contact if I wanted something. I will book a room here when I'm back in Füssen
