If you book for 4 adults and 2 children you will get a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for kids.If I had to give a school grade like that, it would be a 6.The room was clean and you can't say anything about it.

We booked the hotel because of our Legoland stay. It's hard to judge the service because everything is done online - but it was super practical and easy for us.Unfortunately, a duvet couldn't be used because it smelled incredibly unpleasant. The toilet stank of urine and the shower head was so bad that hardly any water came out.Otherwise the size of the room is completely sufficient and the children were very excited about the bunk bed. The location was great for us, even if we had to keep the windows closed longer because of the noise in the old town. We had a delicious meal nearby in the evening and the bakery had a very good breakfast.What is worth mentioning: We traveled with friends who had no problems with their room.

Located right in the center. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available.Everything was electronic, unfortunately we couldn't get into the house or room after breakfast on the second day. Had to call the number several times if there were problems, until after about 40 minutes. Someone came and opened the door for us with a key.In the evening it wasn't clear whether we would come into the room.Functional room. OK for a short stay. Relatively loud from downstairs in the evening.

It was completely sufficient for one night, although the room was a bit tight. We really liked the cleanliness. What wasn't so good were the mattresses, which actually weren't there, and the bed sheets. They were too small for the bed and kept slipping out.

Actually it’s a rounded zero 👌🏼not even worthies of a 1Visited the hotel after booking but when we got there there was an Internet problem at the hotel where main door and rooms wouldn’t open - owner was Informed but was totally careless and didn’t do anything about it .We left with all hotel visitors who also couldn’t enter their rooms .Interior = very narrow corridors and stairs , pray not to encounter any visitor while moving Inside the hotel main areas = 0Kindness of the owner = 0Responsiveness to guests calls = 0Management response to emergencies = 0No refund whatsoever even when the whole hotel is out of order on your stay day !!!Think a thousands time before booking !!

Maybe one should really look into the very low ratings first , prior to any booking at Guntia !This hotel takes all the money prior to your stay and in no way returns any cent , even when , and for utility related reasons , you can’t access your room when you’re there !That’s exactly what happened to us on summer of 2023 . The owner doesn’t answer your calls and refuses all refunds thereafter !Avoid at any cost !

We were guests at the neighboring Legoland with two children and spent one night at the Hotel Guntia. From the online check-in to departure, everything was super easy and self-explanatory. The room was small but completely sufficient. Some hotel chains can make a big deal of cleanliness.It is centrally located in the idyllic old town of Günzburg. It is incredibly beautiful here. We will definitely come back.

Everything as described. We were satisfied!Room not big but sufficient for 1-2 nights. Great location right on the market, some noise is normal in this location.Unfortunately there are no drinks machines or anything similar to provide the unoccupied hotel with some food.

Located in the center of Günzburg, in the pedestrian part. Paved streets, a lot of cafes and... silence. The hotel is small, there is a cafe on the ground floor. Check-in was not the usual process - they simply crossed out the name from an A4 sheet of paper, written by hand. The owners are just great. The room is clean and comfortable. Good, complete breakfasts. 3.5 km to Legoland. Very convenient with children. I recommend to everyone

GROSS ARNAQUEWhat review should we write if, when we reached the Hotel, we couldn't find a way to Open our room door since their online door opening system was down and no one was there to reply to your email and help you solve the issue.We were not the only one in this mess. But other families too. We had to leave.No reply from the owner. No refund. No excuse.AVOID ITGrosse Arnaque.The front room is blocked. This hotel does not have a reception or any cleaning system has no function, but it does not open. We don't want to access our room. And there are more things in this gallery.We are here with you.Pas de remboursement. Pass d'excuse.In this case, there is no person who speaks in this problem.Avoid this hotelThe room doors were locked. This hotel has no reception and when the lock system doesn't work don't open any door. We couldn't get into our room. We were several times in this predicament.We had to leave.No refund. No apology.However, there is no one to talk to in case a problem occurs.

Small guesthouse. It is clean and the room is cleaned daily. Contactless but very reliable check-in.We were there to visit Legoland and had a family room. It's fine for one night. Size sufficient.However, it is very noisy because the hotel is located on the market square. It was very warm and the air was only ventilated at a decent volume until well after midnight.Unfortunately, we drive home on wheels.Definitely won't come back.

Decent hotel in the center of Günzburg, convenient for going to Legoland. You can also book by buying park tickets and save something. The rooms are ok, small but the location is great, next to lots of restaurants, cafes and a spectacular bakery. Self check-in from the German site has a major limitation: it is easy to use, but it is incomprehensible why something like this, used by tourists, is not in multiple languages.

We took a room for 3 adults and 3 children. The room had 2 rooms: one had a double bed, the other had a single bed and a three-tier bed. The hotel is located in the middle of a street with restaurants. I liked the location and room. The main difficulty: there is no reception desk or generally a permanent employee here. The door to the hotel and the door to the room are opened via the Internet. It took me a while to figure out how to do this. The hotel has wi-fi, in the letter from the hotel there is a password for connection so that you can open the door via the Internet. You won't be able to log in with a dead phone)

In advance:I wouldn't call the "Hotel" Guntia a hotel. A hotel is something different for me.Pension is probably more accurate.We had a room facing the city. Very small for a family room. TV and refrigerator (which doesn't work) available. You won't find a line with a kettle, for example.We inquired beforehand and had our own portable refrigerator with us. At least the adults could have breakfast at the mini table. We also brought cutlery and boards from home.Daily room cleaning available.Tuesday morning is market day. We had the windows open and were woken up at 5:30 a.m. by the people setting up the market.I downloaded the hotel app onto my phone. After checking in, you can add the entrance door and the room to your favorites, so everything is saved and all you have to do is open the app to open the door. It was easily possible for us.WiFi also worked well.Conclusion: We wouldn't come back again...
