Pleasantly spacious rooms equipped with everything, comfortable mattresses, separate toilet and walk-in shower. The breakfast is varied, has something for everyone and is of very good quality. The restaurant offers great cuisine with lovingly prepared dishes. The staff is very friendly, always approachable and helpful. We'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel with large clean rooms. Modernly furnished. Very large shower and separate toilet. With balcony and couch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is recommended, the dishes are excellent and the service is commendable. You should try the white chocolate schnapps. Breakfast is varied and fresh egg dishes are prepared. The location of the hotel is rather out of the way and the main street is very loud, but only when the windows are open, otherwise well sealed. Free parking space in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel, large rooms.Very well furnished, clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast is good, unfortunately not enough staff to refill quickly, price is okay. If we go to Kempten again we will definitely stay there again.

We were here from August 23rd to 25th. The hotel is very stylishly furnished and clean. We specifically asked if we could check in around 2:30 p.m. because we had an invitation in Füssen at 3 p.m. This hasn't worked before. There was a sign at the reception. Please report it to the restaurant staff. (You weren't even noticed until you spoke to the ladies). All you got was the answer. Nope, not before 3 p.m. Great, thank you very much :( The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the evening of the 24th gets 5 stars. So, so friendly and attentive. Great recommendation when choosing a wine. Thank you very much for that.Breakfast on the 24th at 9:15 a.m. didn't work at all. 80% of the tables full of dishes. Everything was empty at the buffet and nothing was refilled. And nothing about poultry. Cheese plates empty. No fish, no meat salad or egg salad. Since I don't eat pork, I had jam and cream cheese. Fruit was also so empty on both days. That was a very, very meager breakfast. It would have been better to have breakfast in town. But it was included in the price. :(

Unfortunately, it's a shame that the room wasn't cleaned twice in the morning out of 5 nights...The hotel actually wanted to accommodate us, but didn't contact us after more than a week of our departure.

Very spacious room, it was nice that the toilet was separate in our room. The hotel is located on a busy street, but is hardly disturbed by the good windows. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. There is a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot. The city center is easy to reach on foot. The staff is very friendly.

Very good hotel, about 20 minutes from the old town. Free parking spaces available, also for cars with motorcycle trailers. Ms. Fischer at the reception is simply unbeatable in terms of friendliness, empathy and making you feel like the guest is important. If she wasn't there in the morning, there was no good morning greeting when you got out of the elevator. The breakfast met many requirements, unfortunately not enough dark bread or spelled rolls. Service in the restaurant very good. My complaint about the beef fillet (unfortunately well done instead of medium) was also received in an excellent manner and processed to my satisfaction. All in all, I felt comfortable for 4 nights and had an ideal location for my scooter tours.

Very friendly welcome, nice rooms. We stayed 2 nights with 3 rooms and the price was good. You can also eat well in the evening. Both employees at reception deserve special mention. Just right in its position!

We spent an evening in the hotel's restaurant and it was simply an experience in itself. The service was simply bomb. Above all, our favorite waiter Guiseppe was, as always, the sweetest person and took perfect care of you. The food was first class and simply delicious without any faults. All in all just a wow.Shapo to Guiseppe
