I'm only writing a review here because of the hotel manager, who is really very accommodating and always friendly. The rooms and breakfast are perfectly fine for the price, the only thing that bothered me was the parking space. Here you have to be lucky to even find a space for yourself in the small parking lot, which I was able to do on 3 out of 4 days :). The noise dies down around 10:00 p.m. and since I always fall asleep around 12:00 a.m. anyway, the noise wasn't a problem at that time.If I'm looking for a hotel near Augsburg again, I'll choose this one.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was okay. The room urgently needs to be renovated. The wallpaper might have been modern 20 years ago. The window in the bathroom was moldy and disgusting.

The room was very stuffy and from my window I looked directly onto the balcony and into the neighbor's room.My bathroom had no windows or ventilation and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.The biggest shame was that I had visitors over for breakfast and a child (6 years old) was charged the same €14.80 as an adult.The reception was newly staffed and so unfriendly. I'm never coming back.

Good quality/price ratio. Spacious and clean rooms. A 15 minute walk from the centre, but with the tram stop practically just outside the hotel it takes 5 minutes to get to Rathausmarkplatz

Even if the owner is a bit surly, the hotel is fantastic: working elevator, wide, clean and tidy room, a value breakfast (with salmon). I really appreciated the parking lot: it's a good choice coming in Augsburg by car, the city centre is ten minutes walking.

Simple hotel, unfortunately a bit noisy as the street across the courtyard can be clearly heard. Since ventilation has to be done through the open windows and there is no air conditioning or other ventilation. Breakfast was okay as the staff was nice and quick. The impression is that of a mechanic's hotel that you can also use it for a weekend visit to Augsburg. In 25 minutes you can walk to the city center or the Riegele brewery. The nearest beer garden is approx. 8 minutes away. Tram stop in front of the hotel. For a longer vacation I would look for something else.

Rooms and service were fine, as we were late risers we still found enough for breakfast. The noise from the street is quite annoying despite the outside blinds and courtyard location, but the tram stop is almost in front of the door. The parking situation in the yard is also very "exciting" - there is not enough space but a solution was always found thanks to the nice staff.

Great ! The hotel was close to the city tram , which you can ride for free. In fact , it's only about 50 meters - you can reach it in 1- 2 min depending on traffic. You can reach the downtown area by tram in about 10 - 15 minutes. …

Down-to-earth hotel in the immediate vicinity of the city center (only 2 stops by tram to Königsplatz) and parking in the courtyard.This decent hotel is particularly characterized by the very nice service! From the preliminary contact to the greeting and breakfast to the farewell, everything is humane here.As a business traveler, I appreciate uncomplicated treatment as a guest with many options for arrival and departure. The parking spaces in the courtyard are also a welcome highlight for a location close to the city of Augsburg.I had a good night's sleep, a pleasant, simple breakfast and very good contact with the employees, even if I had questions or needed help. This nice hotel also seems to be a good choice for a city trip or vacation.The only drawback for me: I used feather bed linen in my room, which I find difficult to tolerate as an allergy sufferer. But there was also a simple blanket and so it worked.

We were there for a few days.The employees are all very friendly.The rooms were very clean, except that the cleaner forgot to empty the trash cans.Unfortunately, the so-called “high-speed WiFi” is a joke.The breakfast buffet is also perfectly fine.The parking situation is not the best.If the 2 spaces in front of the hotel are occupied then you can park in the inner courtyard (very narrow).The elevator is very old (1966) and only 2 people with suitcases fit in (maybe have it renovated?).After 8 p.m. there is no one at the reception, which I found very unfortunate.

Never again in the city hotel Augsburg. Rooms and bathroom are fine - the mattress is far too soft and the rest is a complete disaster. Booked a quiet room in advance. This was directly on the four-lane road with the Straba in the middle. Sleeping with the window open is impossible. At the reception they didn't want to help - it wasn't possible to check out before moving into the room.

Absolutely not recommended, dirty musty smelling house. The staff is not open to criticism, expired food is opened and offered, or the information is ignored and claimed that it is allowed to pass it on. Answers very cheekily and thinks that's okay. Staff is generally very impossible because they are loud about colleagues or other sensitivities. Price performance impossible. Not recommended, it's a shame that guests are treated like this.
